Going through the catalog alphabetically and removing the discounts for one particular region one by one, apparently an operation taking multiple days, definitely doesn't look like a glitch.

You're probably right about it not being a glitch. I just run a quick search for PR in this thread, discounts are being removed for over a year now (not in strict alphabetical order though, and nothing like today's batch), and getting the US (base) price; maybe because PR is US territory?

They keep trying to be a state, but the US has to want them too... Maybe GOG doing its part to show them what that will be like.

Errr... maybe the last price changes for Puerto Rico were a bug after all, as they have all been reverted. You can find all the details in the attachment (remember that it's not a JPG image but a text file, so download it an rename it, yadda, yadda)
