This will, of course, work only while there are less than 101 posts with regDE in the thread, since GOG does not return more than 100 posts through its intra-thread search. Whether you consider this a bug or not is up to you.

Despite Ciris' post I believe the dollar price in RU changed (=more expensive). Not sure why he/she didn't report it.

As to why they haven't returned outright, it would seem that the information present in their post is still relevant and that as long as it is still relevant they'll be contractually unable to return to GOG except during sales promotions as they have twice now.
Hope this helps.

From MaGog's logs for 16 April:
Another conversion rate change; another bagload of regional USD price adjustments. See attached file (change jpg to txt) for the gory details.
Highlights:
1) For the EU, this change is basically the reverse of the one did by GOG on March 26: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/regional_priced_games_on_gog/post2094.
2) Grim Fandango Remastered is back to being "regionally discounted", namely no more expensive than the US in any region.
3) NOTE! CHANGED Starpoint Gemini 2, regional_str: AU,BR,GB,PL,RU,UA,CZ,UZ, ***TO*** AU,BR,DE,GB,PL,RU,UA,CH,CZ,NO,SE,UZ, (+DE, +CH, +NO, +SE)
4) DE, CH, NO, SE have returned (after a short sojourn) to being somewhat less expensive (in USD) than US, on average
5) As for RU/UA/UZ, their prices were raised by ~5%, so that now the ex-Soviet discount is only 54-55% (as opposed to 57-58% before the change).
