Anyone yet have a source for me why Hillary would be bad or what wrongs she did? I don't really know much about her but for her being former President's wife and currently Minister of Foreign Affairs.

She's not currently the Secretary of State, John Kerry is now. She was the Senator of New York before that.

The electoral votes usually agree with the popular vote although there the differences are much smaller. Electoral votes just artificially make the differences look larger and are there for some archaic historical reasons. One could even argue that switching to just popular vote like in many other countries of the world would be simpler and fairer, but even then Trump probably got a majority of votes today.

Republican voters voting for Trump are of course supporting him and everything he stands for. You cannot just say, sorry, I always vote Republican no matter what. No, if you vote for someone, you are responsible for a potential election of that person. There is no way denying or getting out of it later.

I would say that this election showed clearly that Trump has a lot of support within the US people. Probably also a lot of opposition but also much more support than I ever thought is possible.

The only light at the end of the tunnel is that, now we can see post-truth politics in action, it'll hopefully die the painful death it deserves, and people will actually learn to do research and factchecking. That's assuming we're not left trying to survive some kind of nuclear holocaust.

I think if I know Vainamoinen, (s)he is being ironic. It's long-established that trickle-down economics does not work. Regardless of the intentions behind it - be it as a well-intentioned economic theory or a hollow excuse to support one's political benefactors - Reagan and Thatcher's policies both proved that wealth does not "trickle down" from the rich to the poor. Both the US and UK are suffering massively from this ill-conceived theory even today.

I avoid politics in here a whole bunch but... let's face it: the biggest winner here is a "tiny country" called Zhonghuá.
No one will respect this Trump dude, and the entire planet knows that mr. Vlad P. is more like a paper tiger.
