Just like Good Old Games, there's Good Old Music too. What are your favorite old songs, preferably from the 60's, 70's, 80's or 90's? Post 'em here!

I'll do so momentarily. ;)
Can we mention game soundtracks too?
low rated
Good Old Movies ? perhaps..

Roxolani: Can we mention game soundtracks too?
sure =)
I like all the classics that only horrible people dislike!

In no particular order:

Jimmie Rodgers - Kisses Sweeter than Wine

Buffy Sainte Marie - Universal Soldier

Peter Tevis & Ennio Morricone - A Gringo Like Me

Jackson C. Frank - My Name is Carnival

Linda Ronstadt and The Stone Poneys - One for One

Nancy Sinatra & Lee Hazlewood-Summer Wine

Wanda Jackson - Funnel Of Love

Barry McGuire - Eve of Destruction
Way too many man, way too many:

King Crimson - 21st Century Schizoid Man
Yes - The Gates of Delirium
Pink Floyd - Shine on you Crazy Diamond
Rush - Xanadu
ELP - Karn Evil 9
Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick
Gentle Giant - On Reflection
Sieges Even - Scratches in the Rind
Dream Theater - Take the Time
Spock's Beard - The Good Don't Last
Ayreon - The Banishment
Symphony X - The Divine Wings of Tragedy
The Flower Kings - In the Eyes of the World

Completely skipped the 80's apparently, but not for lack of reason.
Too many to list. First two thing that comes to mind:
Baker Steet
WHAT UP DOE?
this guy. -.-
How about Jethro Tull?! Eccentric nut jobs...
Personally, I consider the '60s to be too modern. I am more into classical music, like the works of composers like Beethoven, Brahms, Mahler, Schubert, the Schumanns, Sibelius (he writes nice 2nd wind parts), and many others which are too numerous to name.
This song is actually from the '50s and it's possible that everyone and his dog/cat/insert pet here already knows it, but it still doesn't diminish its awesomeness:

Chuck Berry - Johnny B. Goode
Straight from the 7ties and 8ties :p

Schnittke's Choir Concerto (1985 I believe)

Schnittke's evisceration of Faust (or officially, the Faust cantata - 1989)

The Polish Requiem by Penderecki (1980-1984)

and an absolute favourite-

Weinberg (Choral) Symphony 18 "War; There is no word more Cruel" (1986)

and an older one

Shostakovich - The execution of Stepan Razin (196- -I don't know when it was composed exactly)

AND it's "classical" music :p
