Doesn't work for all bonus codes. In fact, it seems to be working only if you don't have the game/movie in question. The option was there for the Gamers movie gift code (which I didn't have), but not for Witcher 2 (which I did already have). It was also not an option for the Realms of Arkania 1+2 (which I also had) giftcode, which expired 3 weeks ago.
