What can I do with this problem? Please give me advice.

4 days ago I bought Neverwinter Nights 2 with discount via QIWI wallet.
They took my money, but the game was not added in my library.
I sent him messages with QIWI receipt, but they didn't answer me.

What can I do? Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Sorry, I did not mark massage as a question.

Did you try an account refresh? That often helps.

Thank you, PaterAlf!
Yes, I did it some times, and today too.
No change.
And no any reaction from support.
What the heck is QIWI? And since when does GOG accept this payment method?
GOG support is fast sometimes, while others take ages... I still waiting an update about a game.
Still, I prefer GOG support if we compare it with Steam's.

Maxvorstadt: What the heck is QIWI? And since when does GOG accept this payment method?
Qiwi is a publicly traded Russian payment service provider headquartered in Nicosia (Cyprus), that operates electronic online payment systems primarily in Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, Romania, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates

It's a Russian government-backed scam/money laundering service preying on poor people. GOG accepts rouble payments through it.

Popular Russian electronic wallet.
Yes, they accept. It's not the first order paid via QIWI.

P.S. Could you tell, guys, if anybody has any talks with support last 4 days?
May they are all be dead because of Zombiecalypse?

Have you send a ticket to the support? You should better not do this more than one time, because every time you do it you`ll get set at the end of the list.

Thank you for advice, Maxvorstadt!
Yes, I sent messages 3 times. After 1st ticket I've wait 2 days.
It was few times before when I've contact with support and had no problems or delays with it.

GOG support tend to ask people to not send another tickets about issue when they already have 1 open. The following ticket pushes your at the end of the queue and thus prolongs waiting time.
It is clever of GOG. You have to trust them to get to you and not pester their support anymore. ;-)

Best action for you right now would be to PM some GOG staff on forum. Preferably Firek or Judas.

This is not related to fraud - I had to process your order manually, because the QIWI transaction took a very long time to get updated on QIWI's end. I have just responded to your ticket and, once again, sorry it took so long.
