It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I tried with a friend's one but problem is the same. I even try with a phone but there the web site was all laggy and non working at all.

Promo is going to end tomorrow and GOG support isn't going to answer in time ):
Just updating. I have tried several stuff and the problem still there ):

- I did reinstall my browser
- Erase the whole browser profile folder in the APPData Local / Roaming roots
- Reset the whole internet conection, my laptop and everything involved
- Contact GOG support. Received a ticket number but no answer yet

I am going to ask the favor someone to make the purchase for me and I will pay on another site, in case someone want to help me. Thanks anyway for those who suggest tips to solve it!
Hi, sorry to annoy so much, but I want to make a bump about this post, only 3 hour left for the promo to end :(
Well, looks like your problem is partially solved now. ;) Guess I'm not the only generous soul to stumble upon your thread. In any case, enjoy your free new old games: RollerCoaster Tycoon and Empire Earth.

Still, it probably would be nice if your payment processing issues got resolved.

THIS^^^^

Is curious that GOG support hasn't answer me yet; I really wonder what the problem will be. Anyway, many thanks for the games, fun for the future with good old material!

For now my quest is ended due your's and Tannath's generosity. Nah what the hell, my quest is over due GOG forum being the most awesome forum EVER!
Feeling sorry for you man... they did not respond yet? there support is pretty lacking in the get shit done dipartment. I got my email hacked and they got personal info from me and took me almost 9 days to get the guys here to change it lol

at least we had a nice guy here to help you and beat me to the punch on helping ya out, Well hope it gets fixed very soon!

+ for mistermumbles HE SAVES THE DAY!

Having the same problem and got this response from GOG: "Unfortunately I wasn't able to recreate this problem on my end. Please clear your browser's cache and perform a full reload of the page (Ctrl-R). If that doesn't help, please try using a different browser and let me know if the problem persists."

The problem persists. : /

I'm assuming that the friend is using a different ISP also... So it would look like there's something awry with your account...
I will ask our devs to help.
Thank you for the GIF, by the way - that's pretty awesome of you. :)

Hm, the problem looks the same in the logs, so I'm assuming that the cause is similar to montcer's... <investigating intensifies>

DreamedArtist: Cant send a ticket error keeps coming up and using google chrome with windows 10 :/
Please let me know exactly what happens when you try to open a support ticket. What kind of error is being displayed?

OK, our friendly neighborhood devs have found the cause of the issue. Apparently a piece of code gets looped for purchases made from a handful of countries - Venezuela included. I should have noticed that myself, now I feel bad. :<

Anyway, a fix for this is in the works, and will be implemented as soon as possible. Sorry about the trouble in the meantime, though. :( Sadly, it doesn't look like using a card would work as a workaround.
I too had a problem with GOG's payment system. Only mine was due to their internal card processing system. Yours seems to be related to the code on the payment page.
One would think that payments always had a higher priority for them, but if few people complain, it may take them longer to get to you. Yet, you should remember that it can be difficult for them to reproduce your problem (e.g., it could be caused by some browser plugin), and otherwise they cannot find out where your problem is.
I mostly want to point out that they need to tread carefully, since they risk breaking that page for many other people while fixing the problem you're facing. I hope that a solution can be found soon.
Best luck to you.

Mjm, you are right, using a credit card doesn't work either. And trying with a card is annoy since you have to introduce all data again and again and again... Anyway, thanks for fixing it. I hope the solution does not broke the whole system, since there are some european places I can't buy, like many UK stores, SONY stores and european Amazon versions ):

PD: Do you think the GOG sales team could allow us who get affected by this issue, to buy the games at the price they were on the Atari promo? I miss Blood 2 and some other games. As you see in this thread, I get some of the games I want by forum members who gift it to me.

Any updates on this issue? I still can't buy anything!
