Did a lot of people on this thread receive said email? I did not and I usually receive every email Gog sends (at least I thought I did).

About 10 of varying values, I didn't fill it with AAA games, just made sure I'd want to play each of them right now. Of course, this might not even be relevant to how the giveaway works.

Some I've lost interest in the meantime because I bought something else in the same niche. A couple I bought on Steam instead (yeah, I know, sacrilege, but I was given Steam gift cards), and others I wanted for nostalgia but would just be a letdown if I got them right now instead of something more substantial.

Can't wait for Monday regardless! It'd be great if they would give anything for free off my wishlist. I carefully prune my list, and they are all games that I do want to buy. Usually, I plan to buy games from the usual two big summer and winter sales, but if something special is up, I'd wonder if it would tempt my wallet earlier this time. :D

Same, don't really care about the 'free games'-part of the sale, as long as there are one or two great deals I'm fine. :)

I feel bad about not letting you guys know about this earlier, but in regards to this, it seems Yogscast even got involved with a temporary first-come, first-served giveaway of their own. It's over now, but it had some pretty good stuff coming out of it like Hyper Light Drifter, Owlboy, even Ghost of a Tale.

What I notice is interesting is that it mentions games will be given out to "active members". I question exactly what this means. Surely they can't be talking about the forum? It'd surprise me for sure if that was what they meant, let me tell you.

First the Gamespot Giveaway, then the Monday 16 one and now I find out about this. They are giving away many games. Long live to GOG :)
