Okay. What has changed?

- zfr ZFR has been going for carradice with believable conviction. If he's scum this would be a risky move played very well. If carradice is town, zfr's probably town. If carradice is mafia zfr's certainly town.

- carradice he's getting lynched for sure. I still think he's probably town, and I'm gonna feel real stupid if he flips mafia, because there's so much about the way he did the cop claim, his lack of reads today, and this recent stubbornly-refusing-to-explain-himself that scream mafia.

- flockeschnee I still wanna say town. I like how she told trent and (dedo was it?) not to pocket her, that felt genuine. Thinking Carradice might be town but not an actual cop verges on the rare and coveted "derpclear", do you think so? If carradice is town the mafia have surely been treating him as a genuine cop - enough to block him.
If he's mafia... then the derp doesn't ferp: We must aquerp.

- yogsloth I'm not sure about the way he's approached today it seems fairly suspect, but the way he responded to the initial question about the role name and dedo's follow up, I dunno, it seemed pretty clear to me that he knew what dedo was getting at... it all seemed genuine that. Also the "I'm old and drunk and live for the queen." It makes sense that he's just paraphrasing his role flavour.

- dedoporno the read I did made me think perhaps town, then the thing at yogsloth makes it pretty likely dedo's town.

- lifthrasil if he's mafia he did mind manipulation to force me to think he's not mafia and I refuse to accept that.

- vitek now that I read dedo, vitek's looking more likely, because I've basically eliminated everybody. But he did that thing where he told me I'd scum read him and then I didn't. He feels genuine.
- microfish microfish too. He's here because someone's got to be mafia. But he's generally fairly microfishy.
-trent other than maybe kind of distant feel I'm getting from him this game, I don't have much reason to scum read him except that it' hard to see it being anyone else.

This makes me feel a little better about the inevitable carradice lynch. Though I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up because if carradice turns up town it's looking pretty grim.

Does anyone else feel like doing some general reads? Trying to establish a town core? Might be good to use this time to consider other scenarios.

Wasn't me. Until recently I couldn't really didn't see what others found so Town in that player but to be honest that same post you're referring to did leave a good impression on me, too.

Doesn't make sense to me.

Trent keeps feeling like scum!Trent to me. It's not a strong well-formed feeling but a creeping one that keeps me on edge. On the other side it's not unlikely that Carradice flips scum after all and if that happens I can't explain the mental gymnastics I need to perform in order to keep myself believing Trent can be scum.

If you’re asking if we get it wrong with Carradice do we no lynch tomorrow to reduce numbers for a better chance of hitting scum that’s not bad idea as either way we are still at MYLO if Carradice is Town and even reducing numbers by one can help, but there’s nothing saying scum couldn’t use that to their advantage (the no lynch) because I can think of a couple of ways to abuse that if I were scum.

That strongly depends on Carradice's flip. Are you so sure that he will flip Town, that you are already planning for that? Let's say, if we end up being at MYLO tomorrow, a mass claim might be in order instead of a no-lynch. Or before deciding whether to no-lynch. But that's something to discuss after the flip. Because if Carradice flips scum, that will open up some connections for analysis.

I guess so? I was thinking what to do to if it's MYLO as I was working home from work, which was a fair few hours ago now, and only thought to write it in the game when ZFR seemed eager to end the day. I spose I forgot that MYLO isn't guaranteed.
