Sorry I’ve been slammed at work and this is the first I’ve been on today. I see flub has been lynched, I still think that was a bad lynch. I hope I’m wrong :-/
I'm going to leave the reveal up to agentcarr16.

Enjoy.
After much deliberation and some exasperation, you decide that flubbucket must be interrogated. A squad of spec ops take him out and return some hours later to relay what they got from him.

In a little pile on the table in the briefing room, they place his brand-new insignia (a pair of snakes twined around a staff) and a recently-used hypolearning needle. He also had a contraband flask of whiskey tucked inside his belt.

flubbucket has been lynched. He was the Town Doctor.

A fifteen minute break is taken, allowing you all to gather your thoughts and prepare for another round of discussion. As the break comes to an end, GameRager suddenly explodes, messily. You are all moved to another briefing room to continue your discussion while some cabin boys clean GameRager off the walls.

After his personal effects have been thoroughly sterilized, they are brought to you. A well-worn set of officer's insignia, a stick of chewing gum, and a scrap of paper that reads "I bet I'll go in the first two days".

---------------

GameRager is dead. He was Vanilla Town.

It is now Day 2. You may begin posting.

The deadline is approximately 7 days from now.

Strange choice for a Night Kill. GR was lynchable and didn't strike me as a Cop. Nor was he particularly for/against anyone for a WIFOM.

He may have been targeted because he was on the outskirts, with a side of "maybe he's hanging back to avoid attention".
Reread: nothing. I'm going to assume that's why GR was killed: his death gives us very little info.
Anyway.

Hammering was nice, but sitting voteless all day is boring and bothers me.

Okay now. Time to go into self-defense mode, I guess.

Show me what you got against me. If you can point to specific posts, that would be great.

flubbucket: I like this post. It's clear Bookwyrm627 is town.
Given that flub was the town doctor, and given his Mafia experience, I'm inclined to believe him.
I’m sorry I was so inactive on the last day, work has been hectic. We had 16 new machines going out and I had to touch each of them to set them up properly. Made for a long day.

As of right now unless something drastic happens I will not bit bookwyrm or ZFR. ZFR’s posts and actions as Day 1 progressed and how he acted as the day ended changed my view on him and I believe he’s town. The same goes for bookwyrm’s posts and actions.

My top choice for scum is still Pooka

Two problems with that:
1) That sounds a lot like work, and I'm a lazy SOB.

2) I've done the point-by-point analysis before, and it fails me far more often than not.

3) Over the years (wow, it has been years, hasn't it?), I've switched from attempts to do fact based hunting (see point 2) to a more general feel based hunting. Thus far, feel based hunting has proven more accurate. I don't like the feel I've been getting from your posts.

There is...defensiveness? A picking apart that that I don't like.

*squint* Speaking of feels, I'm not sure how I feel about this.

How does being a doctor give him any more insight than a vanilla townie (and even a cop on D1)?

Yeah, no. You've given me absolutely nothing to work with. Nothing. I can't defend myself if you don't tell me what I am doing wrong.

The defensiveness is natural. I knew from the last Day that all eyes would be on me, I get used as a lightning rod so to speak. So I want to dedicate this day to make the most out of my messy situation. And about flub's quote, I do want to trim down the list of possible suspects. Any hints or reads from confirmed townies is a good thing.

@ZFR I'm more basing it off the fact that flub's an experienced player and knows how to read other players, particularly seniors like Bookwyrm.

There are three types of people:
1) Those who can count
2) Those who can't

Let's take this further then:

1) flub is an experienced player and we know he's town (flipped). He thinks Bookwyrm is Town, therefore Bookwyrm is Town.

2) Bookwyrm is an experienced player and we know he's Town (point 1). He thinks Pooka is Scum, therefore...
