2. For remaining GOG game INSTALLATIONS
Find the game in the Library (click on the image of the game), then click the More button and select "Manage Installation" -> "Import folder" and point the folder selector into the folder where that game is installed.

Nick_Speetzen: So are we going to be able to have games that we have installed via other launchers like Steam and Windows Store/XBGP for PC?

I have scanned everything in my drive and specific folders, and many of the games are on GOG too but they don't end up scanning. I even tried Wiutcher 3's specific folder, but I got it through Steam so IDK. I just want one laaauncherrrr lol
If you're using Galaxy 1.2, scanning will add installed GOG games. To have all your games in GOG GALAXY, you have to get the 2.0 version, which is in closed beta right now. https://gogalaxy.com/

vv221: Dear GOG Wizards,
Stellaris Complete Soundtrack is complete only if you download it through Galaxy, it is missing some tracks when downloaded from the website:
https://www.gog.com/forum/stellaris/ancient_relics_tracks_missing_from_soundtrack/post1

Please fix this, Galaxy is not an option for a lot of us as it does not exist for all systems officially supported by GOG ;)
Hi, please create a support ticket describing it. :) Thanks.

vv221: Sorry, I tried to do it but your ZenDesk instance is barely usable, and throwing Google captchas into the mix doesn’t help at all.
If there is an alternative way to open a support ticket (direct e-mail maybe?) please tell me and I’ll follow it.
That's weird - sorry to hear that - for me it works perfectly. I sent the ticket for you.

gogAcct12345: Can you order the PS4 version of Cyberpunk through Galaxy?
I'm afraid that is not possible, but you can do it here.
avatar
miyagaga: If I order a game in here which is also available in steam, will you give us the stream key so we can activate it? How does it work if the game is in steam?
Since GOG and Steam are two different platforms, you will not be given an activation key in such case.

dean120451: Hi everyone. Im new to both GoG and MacBooks. I have paid for and downloaded Theme Hospital but every time I click on the tile to open the game, it just bobs up and down a few times, then nothing happens. No fault window, nothing. Its like I never pressed it. I am not very proficient with computers, and I apologise if I'm missing something blatantly obvious. But any help would be great.

I have just updated MacOS to Catalina 10.15 if that helps.

Thanks in advance.
Dean
I hope your issue is already fixed, bit for cases like that, the best place to go is our support.

Hey,
we have released an update to GOG Galaxy 1.2.

It fixes recently introduced crash with the overlay (unfortunately not all the cases :( ), as well as improves situation with unlocking achievements when playing offline.

Hope you will enjoy that, have fun.

DremPSB: What an improvements with achievements offline, can you tell further, please? Starting next week, I'm gonna switch from above-ground transport to subway while tripping to my work and back home, where cell connection is very unstable, so it's kind of vital for me since I play in GOG games on my trips.
In some Windows configuration we detected wrongly whether there is internet connection available, because of that SDK was not working correctly (e.g. unlocking achievements), as it treated failures like real failures instead of acting in "offline mode".
Hey,

we have released an update to Beta updates channel (which can be enabled in GOG Galaxy's settings).
It brings multiple changes which we would like to check on bigger audience, yet maybe not everyone.
Those changes are:
- We have updated Chromium Embedded Framework, which is an engine for our application. We would like to verify this did not cause any rendering issues, opening links wrongly etc.
- We have introduced changes to the update process, so that showing UAC popup is no longer required and the updates will no longer be downloaded on the start of the application.

As always, if you encounter any issues with this update, please report it on https://mantis.gog.com
Hi,
We have found an issue with GalaxyClient updater flow within 1.2.60 Beta version. In order not to spread this issue further, we are temporarily blocking updating to this version.
Please note, that:
* this might affect only small number of users
* the issue is only related to GalaxyClient update procedure - it does not cause any other issues within the client.
We will let you know, as soon as a fixed version is available.

OHMYGODJCABOMB: What if I have already updated to 1.2.60 BETA? Can I use it without any worries?
Yes,

it should not effect how 1.2.60 works.
