Does it show up in your order history?
https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders

If not, maybe the payment didn't go through. Best bet is to contact GOG Support directly: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=orders

Fill out all info and be sure to include order id if the game is listed in your order history.

Just to confirm you did buy directly from GOG right, and not a third party site? Also did you check paypal and see if it came out of your account? You should have got an email when the order was processed.

Johny.: Library - from when Galaxy was launched - didn't change much. We are happy to be working on improving it now. :) Can't wait to roll them out!
Like just wondering... but whatever happen to this? I could be wrong, but I don't think library has really changed since this was posted. I was reading GOG's/ CDP's financial reports and this stuck out to me: GOG Galaxy is continually expanded with new features, in like with gamers’ and developers’ expectations.

We haven't had a major update since April 2017... almost 2 years and feature wise haven't gotten much in that time frame, except profiles which aren't directly a Galaxy feature. Just where is that "continually expanded with new features" for gamers happening at?

Okay then just be sure to give that order transaction to GOG when you contact support (though they should be able to bring it up either way, but if not give them that number).

Have tried all the methods specified but to no avail. To me it is pointless, my worry is should I attempt to purchase any more games from gog as I don't want to run into the same problems. The money concerned may seem small but I do not see the point in continuing

Um do you have more than one account? Is graham1953 & Graham_Naylor both your account? graham1953 has 1 game listed on your profile and Graham_Naylor has zero.

Are you getting your accounts mixed up?

I am in graham1953 and yes it does say 1 game listed on my profile but when I attempt to download it says the installation files are not there as far as I am aware I dont have another account. This could be a problem of my own making, either way the game isn't happening and I put it down to inexperience on my account. Thanks for your help in any case

I'm sorry but you are confusing me now? You aren't Graham_Naylor the original person I was replying too?

Well then the game is tied to graham1953 mostly likely, do you see it listed when you go to https://www.gog.com/account while using graham1953?

If so, click the blue button and download the game and Galaxy.
