Actually, it may very well be this version, I'll reinstall/rollback to see if there's any difference.
Hey, could someone help me :c ?
If I start the GOG Galaxy client, there is a button below saying '' Connect now '' The thing is, if I click it it wont connect. It just sends me to the code redeem thing..
For Screenshots and a GIF add me on Discord : xGrazziy#4243
Would be nice if you could help me!

Do you own the game? Is it actually in your library on your GOG.com account? I think this is usually related to the game not being on your account so Galaxy shows offline and a redeem page because certain Galaxy features can't be used unless you are using the account that owns the game.

Of course it doesn't pevent you from playing the game though. That the only thing I can think of that may be causing that.
It would be great if we can see our games with the grid shelf view offline. Currently you can't see them if you don't have an internet connection. At least make it so that you can see your installed games with the shelf view even if you are offline like you can see them on the left side currently.

Il have exactly same problem with one game still the new version of Galaxy... i can't play online with my friend anymore.
Cannot connect and the servers are nerfing my connection down to a measly 300kbs-0kbs! Looks like we'll have to wait until Tuesday for gog to address this issue! Good news is that we're at least not locked out of offline games! This really sucks as I did a clean install, now I have 600+ games that need to update with the new install!

wencap: is betrayal at krondor available for mac
This not really the right place... this is the thread about the Galaxy client.

But: https://www.gog.com/game/betrayal_at_krondor
Works on: Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 10)
So, no, not out of the box. But being a DOS game, you could probably emulate it on Mac too.
Hello,

I have a galaxy problem. I tried to install 2 games since i installed galaxy. With both games i had the same problem. the download goes very well until it reaches 98, 99% when it goes to 0.0MB / s. at this point it starts to oscillate between 0.0 mb / s and 0.1 mb / s. and from this moment it takes a long time to finish.

Thank you,

When I had trouble downloading stuff (hasn't happened in a while *knocksonwood*) I simply downloaded the installer through the browser. Usually Galaxy recognises the game anyway, sometimes I had to manually "import" it.

Of course it sucks when the installation stops on the last metre tough... in my case it mostly didn't start at all or stopped somewhere in between receiving data.

I one case it helped to quit Galaxy (really quit, not "minimize to tray") and start it again - in that case it was probably the CDN that stopped the download and after the restart I got another server.

Venom: snip
Just more proof that Galaxy needs a new icon. When looking at task view (on Windows 10 Spring Creators Update 2018) Galaxy is the only open program where the icon looks horrible. The rest of have nice clean non pixelated icons. Please look at the attached pic and again I ask consider designing a new icon to represent Galaxy.

I spent quite a long time accumulating most of the achievements for The Witcher 3 last year. Upon reinstalling the game recently, I see that the achievements are all reset. Are the achievements logged anywhere on GOG's servers, or are they gone for good? If it's the latter, where are the achievements stored in their temporary state?

Cheers.

AlthoughTW3+DLC and TW3GOTY edition have the same achievs, they unlock seperadly.
So check what version you had before and now.
Also they may have diferent savefile but im not 100% sure about that.

Like SNaKeYGR said, make sure you aren't using a different version. Witcher 3 + DLC is listed as a seperate product from Witcher 3 GOTY. So the achivements, while the same, are seperate on ones account. The GOTY edition was given to everyone that owned the base game + DLC.

The achievements are stored on GOG's servers, assuming the game was played via Galaxy and you were online so they could upoad to the server. So if the above isn't the issue, you may want to try contacting GOG support.
GOG Galaxy Notifications bug.

I have all notifications turned off, but I still get the blinking "!" in the windows taskbar whenever a wishlisted game has a discount.
I have all notifications turned off in the GOG Galaxy settings, and I already get a mail about it anyway.

it's annoying. stop it.
