2. For remaining GOG game INSTALLATIONS
Find the game in the Library (click on the image of the game), then click the More button and select "Manage Installation" -> "Import folder" and point the folder selector into the folder where that game is installed.

Hi All,
We have released small update for Gog Galaxy.

1.2.34 (January 17, 2018)
- GOG Galaxy SDK small bugfix in logging routine
Hi again,
We have also released a new Beta version of GOG Galaxy (1.2.35) with few major changes (including upgrading chromium engine)
Check the top message for the details.
Hey, did last update change anything related to achievements? I'm playing War for the Overworld, "unlocked" few yesterday (they show in game as unlocked) but Galaxy didn't "notice" it (the popup message that tells me about access to Galaxy overlay doesn't show when I launch the game, I think it did before recent Galaxy update). I have all options related to achievements, storing saves in cloud and access to Galaxy overlay in game checked.

1. The newest Gog Galaxy is 1.2.34 (or 1.2.35 on beta). Do you have that version? If you have different one, pleae close and launch GOG Galaxy again - it should update itself to the newest version.
2. Do you use "public beta" feature (did it happen on 1.2.35)?
3. Does Shift+Tab open Overlay for you?

Hey there, running the last beta version and unfortunately the updated chromium enginge introduced a bug, which I already have in chrome and vivaldi: hardware acceleration causes red artifacts to appear in dark areas of pictures (see attached screenshot)
Is there anything you can do? The problem seems to be connected to the nvidia drivers, since I don't have this bug on my notebook with Intel graphics...

My specs:
Intel Core i7 5820K
GTX 1080 (driver version 388.71)
16 GB RAM

I'm running 1.2.33, didn't update to 1.2.34, I can access overlay in game by pressing Shift+Tab, I do not use "public beta" feature. I'll update to and see what will happen, though I think meeting achievement conditions in game won't trigger unlocking one because game already "thinks" it's unlocked.

EDIT
I've updated Galaxy to 1.2.34, achievements unlocked at startup, problem solved :D. Thank you :).

So disappointed with the release of 1.2.34. Let's hope GOG Galaxy crew does a better job for 1.3.37.
I don't know how to do the poop emoji.

I'm happy to report that this update fixed both problems with Grim dawn. I can both look for multiplayer games, and the two achievements I have gained meanwhile got recorded in galaxy. With wrong timestamp, but who cares.

I didn't check 1.2.34, I'm on betachannel.

I just came here to leave my opinion about Galaxy. Ive always liked gog and welcomed the client. But I have a custom firewall and galaxy is hell. it asks permissions for galaxy.exe for galaxycommunication.exe for yet another..... even after whitelisting, and TRIGGERING werfault, windows reporting systems...

The point is iam using the website again. Iam no programmer but its clear the exes keep checking online and replacing themselves. i dont like it GOG should be simple, used to be, and yet from all the 5 clients I use its the only one like this, even origin, even.origin...

Something that irritates me for a while now: Since the Galaxy is out of beta, every time I download something via Galaxy for backup there is always an empty folder named "!Temp". Could you please readd the option to choose a specific folder for temporaries or at least delete the empty folder for them?
It's annoying to delete them manually every time.
Thank you!

(This link has not been updated on the GOG webpage yet.)
Takes ages to install Pillars of eternity and dlc aren't automatically installed anymore and that doubles the time to install whole game! Please, fix this!
When is next update coming?

You should be able to directly download the game and then have Galaxy recognize it once it's installed.

Or at least that's what I;ve been told.
