So it's not installing and freezing during the install process? Or it's installed but freezes? (Sorry, your post isn't clear).

What operating system? Where are you trying to install it? Are you running the installer as admin?
I can download GOG Galaxy from the website. When it is downloaded I open up the file to install it on my computer. I select English and hit next. After accepting the terms it says files extracting. After that it freezes. I am using Windows 10. Like I said before I had GOG Galaxy two days ago but had to uninstall it and now I am trying to reinstall.

How do you run the install as Admin?

Press and hold ctrl+shift+delete and check in tha task manager if there are any Galaxy processes running. If so, kill them and try again.
Some antivirus/firewall software may prevent Galaxy from start as well. Make sure the client isn't blocked by any of them.

edit:
Right click on Galaxy setup and select Run as administrator. This shouldn't be necessary though.. as far as I know ; p

Right click on the file and select 'Run as Admin'. This won't apply if you're doing the web install. Also, check what mike said as well.
Right. download the latest version of Galaxy here

sorry for ninja'd GROOT! ; )
I have tried all of those ideas before I cam here. I went to task manager and made sure nothing was running in regards to GOG or Galaxy like programs. I have been to the website Mike_cesara gave.

Mike, earlier today in another thread, I think it was you that linked to a method to clear out registry entries leftover after a Galaxy uninstall? Maybe that's what the OP needs to do.

True, Cant reinstall GOG because some files remain

You may try my solution, be careful though!
Rather than manually messing with the registry you may want to try a registry cleaner like CCleaner. This is most likley the problem though.
Okay, I will try these methods and I will keep you guys updated. Thank you.

You're absolutely right about messing with the registry.. I just committed a demand in Galaxy official thread for some kind of official cleaning tool.
I have tried all of these suggestions and still nothing.

Contact support. Meanwhile games installed can usually be started by going to the folder where they reside and d-clicking the executable (if you need help with that, just holler) or for games you still need to install, download the offline version, setup and go from there. Galaxy is only needed for game time tracking and achievements and stuff.

Thanks that is what I am doing now. However when I click on the offline version sometimes it says that site is no longer available. What if I do a system restore before I uninstalled GOG Galaxy. Would that help?
