It technically started with Trine 3.
If you buy those "in dev" games, can you play them?
Nice note from FAQ:

14-day refund policy — You can download, play, and refund any game in development within 14 days of purchase - no questions asked.
This doesn't really fit with the GOG review system though. As you can't change them even if the game changes a lot during development.

Yes.
Well, early access is not a good move from GoG. I don`t buy incomplete games!!! Why don`t they leave that to the ghetto kids at steam?
Hmph I'm sure some people will be happy for this.

I don't think I'm one of them. At least there's proper refund policy.
Nice games in there : starbound, ashes of singularity, the curious expedition and project zomboid.

I would have loved to see Torment tides of numenera in there though.
do I get a medal, now? lol. jokes... a medal's not worth much.
This is really good news. It means GOG can potentially get The Long Dark, Don't Starve Together, Torment: Tides of Numenera, Secrets of Grindea, Grim Dawn, Space Engineers and Squad. Those are just the good early access games I can think of off the top of my head too.
nice, will bring in some more games. And ya for everybody complaining about "incomplete" games - well noone is forcing you to buy games during EA
That refund policy is nice, but I'd preferred the usual one, with an addendum that if the game is never finished you get the option of a refund.

And I really hope I won't see the Steam crap: "We made a mistake with this game, we can't continue it, here's our other game".
Ehm. Early access. Not good. At least from my scope of view. You pay and hope that developers will not abandon their product before they finish it.

I agree that being able to edit reviews should be one of the top fixes to be worked on.
