Michal tried to contact me earlier this evening, but i wasnt aware. Been waiting for him to pop back again, but if not - lets hope we can manage to have the match somehow tomorrow then... But as mentioned earlier, it is pretty much impossible for me to have the match by few minutes warning as i simply do not have anyone to look after the baby.

So michal, tomorrow at "very late time" when kids are sleeping thanks :)

Seems i do not know which day i am living atm.

One of my players jumped from level 1 to 3. What would be good skills for a Dwarf Runner? He starts with Sure Hands and Thick Skull.

Sprint and sure feet are popular choiches, watch that little dwarf waddle at the speed of a skaven across the pitch

dwarf without block is no dwarf. surprisingly fend may also have its uses. pass skills are also worth a look, if youre into that sort of thing.

Match 3, "The Suckining" is about to begin soon!

I'd go for block to start, as Runners are the only dwarves that start without it.
With the remainder, I'd take sure feet before sprint.
I just played my match against Moggrym and what should i say... i´ve won...1:0

First half was a classical 1:0 from the Chaos Dwarves. Grashnak, my StarPlayer Minotaur managed to push 3 cute amazons off the pitch, whatsoever he got injured at the start of the second half, which was one big mess about picking up the ball due to heavy rainfalls.

Luckily nobody managed to score during that half.

My match with E_A ended with 2-0 victory for my team.

It was very interesting match. It ended with 5 players on each side. I have 1 death (skink) and 2 injuries, E_A got 2 deaths but 1 was saved by apothecary with no lasting effect. The few last turns were only about inflicting as much damage as possible and ball was left untouched lying on ground for 3 turns. Each side had one ejected player.

My MVP was naturally my only mercenary who did nothing to deserve it for a whole game. :-/

0-4 for the "bloody humans" :)

Well to put it short: i dont think i played a match, i just went through a disaster. Karmic catastrophe or something.

If nuffle has ever hated anyone, surely never anyone more than me today. Also "assisstant coach woke up, didnt like what i saw and made rather big hassle of everything. i think i played under his supervision 3/4 of the match.

Oh and a lvl2 vamp killed himself with double red dice and i have yet to see regen work even once.

But now i am going to do my best to forget about this match and take the assistant coach to bed.

(Michal played super solid again - i wish that next time we play, ill actually have a team that is standing to play with.. :)

At least you didn't fail that many bloodlust rolls....
I did spend most of the match cringing at your luck though :)

On the upside, that's all of this weeks matches done, so I have rolled it on.

WEEK 4 NOW IN PROGRESS

I went with Block + Dodge on my runner. Should make taking him down somewhat more difficult.

Didnt really get the chance to. Although I think the first one lead to that double red skull blitz which killed the lvl2 vamp.

I am "a tiny bit" worried that i am ending up into the same situation again as with norse berserkers - them dropping death allover - despite vamps having higher av + regen. With norse it was bad - but you atleast could do stuff with rest of the players....but with thralls? phhh. i was hoping to have 4 vamps, apo + extra thrall or two by now...well maybe in the next season or something.

Then again there is fair chance that if this continues, i am going to end up playing some av9 basher team in next season to psychologically recuperate from these :)

Anyways, str4 double red skulls plus several +2 pickup rolls failed in the same match - someone try to beat that record! :D
Attention all fans of blood spilling and skull cracking, the match between the MooMooCows and their counterparts from Systematic Chaos will commence momentarily !Don't miss it!
On this black day the All-Star level 4 Ballcarrier and mascot of the MooMooCows, Bash'Fagor lost his life defending the 0-0 Draw against Systematic Chaos.

It was a very one sided game with the first half being dominated by Systematic Chaos, almost eliminating my team. Stalling for time I managed to evade the Touchdown by simply my opponent doing a big mistake by not blitzing with his ballcarrier. The second half went better but I knew that with 3 men and my Ballrunner down it would be a very difficult task to try and win this especially with my Minotaur being unruly at the most unfitting times AGAIN.

So continuing to stall for time and performing some ballzy blitzes with my Strip-Ball guy I managed to enforce a draw albeit for a very steep price.

Remember Bash'Fagor!! *Runs of into a corner and cries*
