pmcollectorboy: Now that I've claimed this, where exactly does this appear in Galaxy? My library only shows games.

jtef: Galaxy doesn't have support for movies, gotta go to browser at:
https://www.gog.com/account/movies
Maybe a couple more of us could go to
Forum->community Whislist->Galaxy
and up vote the wish of that function

Fonzer: Still not fixed and i can't use any different browsers since they are all for windows 7 minimum while i am on xp.
This is the first time i can't claim something, because of some broken banner which was never a problem before the redisign of the site. Wonder why they didn't make it possible to get it free from the movies section for those 48 hours.
I only hope this doesn't happen to free video games here that gog will give away.
Try Opera Portable Legacy 36. It should work with WinXP and gog.com seemed to work there as well.

HypersomniacLive: Anyone having trouble - use a Chrome based browser, any one, version doesn't matter, it can be as old as dirt, front page will work correctly.
At least that worked. I guess it could be worse so that only Galaxy would be able to claim freebies. ;)

Are you seeing just 3 blinking dots on the main page using Firefox? I don't see anything that mentions a giveaway on that page. Will this be fixed soon?

I was wondering the same thing...

"NOTE: The concert will not be visible in your GOG Galaxy library but you can see and download it from your website library."

Unfortunately it seems that Galaxy is lagging behind the web version. A pitty... I like Galaxy. It would be nice to be able to do everything using the client, but it still lacks some features.

Thanks for the gift GOG.
Much appreciated GOG. Thanks

Geralt_of_Rivia: Yep, I'm also on ESR and it doesn't work. I solved the problem by temporarily installing the latest portable Firefox.

Fonzer: Well i tried the portable firefox but it doesn't seem to work on my pc. What kind of OS are you using?
Are you sure you downloaded the portable version of the latest Firefox Quantum (63.0.1) and not some older or ESR release?

I got it from here: portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit but that shouldn't make any difference since this is a browser problem.
Another great example from Gog on how to do business: break the front page of the store and then everybody goes on weekend.
Yes, I know you don't look a gift horse in the mouth, but... this is a concert, for heavens sake. And what's most important for a concert recording? Right, the audio quality of course!

So which genius came up with putting a lossy stereo AAC encoding with a bitrate of 317 kb/s in the movie? Sure, there are worse options and that's definitely more than good enough for casual listening on headphones or a car stereo.

But I can assure you there are enough people how do have proper audio hardware and a TV connected to their PCs or people who transfer the concert onto a Bluray disc to watch on their home cinema equipment.

A 5.1 or even 7.1 audio track in lossless DTS HD Master Audio or Dolby TrueHD is pretty much standard nowadays for high quality audio. That would have really whipped the llama's ass! :-)
Thank you GOG! The only movie here I'm really interested in, is exactly this one. Awesome!

GOG, please take note that (a) a high proportion of your customer base care about DRM; (b) a lot of people who care about DRM also care about privacy issues; and (c) a lot of people who care about privacy issues wouldn't touch the Chrome web browser with a barge pole, and will probably ignore anything derived from it as well.

Building your web site primarily for Chrome and failing to test it properly in other browsers is a genuine fail for a not-insignificant number of your customer base. Please make the necessary adjustments to your development and testing processes to ensure that you are not excluding those people.

Thanks for the giveaway. I really hope I'll have an opportunity to grab it.

This. I'm not willing to install Google's shit on a good day, and freebie or not, that's not going to change just because GOG has proven itself to be so incompetent that they can't even properly test their terrible new website on other popular browsers.
