Spectrum_Legacy: Clicking the banner re-added the games to library, despite I had them already (since this is 1+2 bundle I reckon). I don't think that anything changed, but I haven't checked goodies/downloads before and after adding the bundle. A bit peculiar still.
It is the same thing. If you already had the two games in your library. Add the two games separately (Syberia I and Syberia II respectively), but with the label Pack 2 in 1.

Dogmaus: People who are into the genre will probably have them already, but it's a nice gesture after Benoit Sokal departure. Also a good move to generate interest given that a remake (reboot?) is in the workings. Return to Mysterious Island is another game by him that is currently on sale for some change.
You can vote for its sequel to be on GOG here:

As for me, I would have preferred the third installment of the series, that I don't own yet, but oh well.
Speaking of other Microids-published titles, that are still missing:

Dragon Lore II: The Heart of the Dragon Man
Salammbo: Battle for Carthage
Ring: The Legend of the Nibelungen (not sure if the rights to this actually are with Microids)
Captain Blood
Commander Blood
Big Bug Bang

I already had Syberia and for me it just added Syberia II as a new entry to my library (no packs mentioned).
Thanks GOG!
Already have these, but thank you anyway!
Good idea treating them as a pack. To me It always was a single game in two parts. Pretty tied together in argument, continuity and engine.

Thanks for the Giveaway!

The label is for the system. However, nothing prevents you from adding the same video game(s) to your account. The tag is to group Syberia and Syberia II together which is handy for the platform. Something similar happens when you buy a video game in its standard version and add the DLC's separately little by little. You will have the complete video game with everything included, but the system will never recognise it as if you had bought a Definitive Edition, Gold Edition, Premium Edition, etc. In my case I added the pack expecting a new entry to the library and I have to say that nothing changed. I guess that's because I already had both video games in my library. In your case, if you have the first video game in your library, the system only adds the one you need as part of the promotional pack.

Thanks for the freebie GoG and Microids. I had the first one, but the second to add to my collection is very much appreciated. :)

Would be great to finally be able to complete the Return to Mysterious Island and Dragon Lore series, indeed.
And I certainly wouldn't mind a digital re-release of Ring too, at all.

fronzelneekburm: Shit idea, because if you already own both games, you won't get a giftable key.
Of course, it can be done (for the moment), I don't know if this will change later and before the end of Giveaway. Just go to: https://www.gog.com/news/giveaway_syberia_i_ii_pack
And follow the instructions in the screenshot.

Very nice, I've been delving into point-and-click adventure games lately so this is a nice surprise. Thanks GOG!

I'm not aware of Benoit Sokal's involvement in Return to Mysterious Island, are you sure about that? You might be thinking of Sinking Island.
No gift codes for those who have them both. Apparently it figures in orders as separate "twopack" but no addition to library.
