I started this itch.io account about 6 months ago for myself but I just didn't have time to play any of the games in it. So, I continued to add games in it to make this giveaway more interesting. I haven't paid any money for these games, but I "paid" with my time and effort by searching for giveaways, promos, etc. Half the links will appear in this post and the other half in another. thats not the same, though, it is moving a game from one account to another, not giving away an account. and it is also why I posted the first message as a question, I am still not quite sure how itch.io handles accounts.
aye, the problem with itch is that the ToS confuses the creators and the users. it is very unclear.

Having said that though, 5 hours after posting and this thread hasn't been nuked? Must be acceptable to someone around here. Don;t you think at least one person has reported it by now? There's always at least one person sitting on every forum um typing with one hand if you catch my meaning looking for threads to report.

Right. I faced this problem myself one time I wanted to ask for a refund, and all the info I found on itch.io was from the seller's point of view.

not sure. there has been signs before that the forum is not regulated at certain times.

But it would be good to have it flagged for review so gOg staff can decide if this is content they would like to have on their site. Another forum functionality which is missing...
