i bought the gift key for tales from the borderlands on the 9th i think. worked fine. Episode 4 released today, my game didnt have it, i decided id uninstall and install again and maybe it would get updated. after uninstalling, i realized i didnt have a way to download the game again. is there anything i can do? i contacted support about 10 hours ago, waiting for a reply.

Where did you buy the key? If it wasn't from GOG, it was likely flagged as an invalid code (since GOG's policies forbid re-selling of gift keys) and was removed from your account. Support can confirm that, but they usually take at least 24 hours to respond.

Sort of a silly question, but did you hide the game? Depending on sorting, the game could be quite a bit down, although with the search functionality that seems pointless...

Well, you got the same basic answer in both topics, you're not likely to get a better answer from the community. If you bought a legitimate game key, waiting for support to respond to your ticket is your only option.
