Hello I was running galaxy and my games just fine then I did a clean reinstall on my computer now when I click on the game (Zeus Master of Olympus) I get this error: api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll. I looked into and other people said to download visual c++ redistributable. I did that and it still doesnt work. Then I download serivce pack 1 for Windows 8.1 but it says that is already installed. Any help would be great thanks.
This has to do with you lacking the runetimes for the VS2015.

Either install them, or get the dll's and drop them in the same folder as the game.

Here's a previous thread on the matter.

edit: If you can... use this...

Otherwise, this extraction 7z holds the files you want

I got visual c++ redistributable but it wont install. It freezes at about 90%. How do I get the dll's and drop them in?
You need Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 in its 32-bit version.

Did you download the correct installer? Try this:

https://download.microsoft.com/download/9/3/F/93FCF1E7-E6A4-478B-96E7-D4B285925B00/vc_redist.x86.exe

If this doesn't work, try installing Update 3:

https://download.microsoft.com/download/6/D/F/6DF3FF94-F7F9-4F0B-838C-A328D1A7D0EE/vc_redist.x86.exe

Also, search for and install all pending Windows updates before and after installation.

I recall before i couldn't get it to install, nor could i get it to update to SP1.

Curiously after i had installed and used Epic Games Unreal 4 engine software, somehow my computer got upgraded to SP1....

edit: Oh, and the 64bit of the dll's (from my archive) are here.

I have tried everything. Got service pack 1, got Visual C++ redistributable, and then the .ddl files and dropped them into system 32. It still does not work. I have been trying for 8 plus hours in total
Just to be sure, did you run Windows Update again _after_ installing everything? If not, install all pending updates and reboot.

If it still doesn't work, run Windows Update again, look into the "Optional" updates and locate "Update for Windows 8.1 (KB2999226)". Install that and reboot.

If you can't find that update, download it from here for your Windows version:

I didn't suggest dropping them in the system32 folder, i suggested dropping them in the game/executable folder of the game.

For say PCSX2 emulator it is the same folder as the exe, some games have the folder /bin that you would drop it into.

I've tried dropping those dll's in the system32 before too and had the same result. I don't know why that wouldn't have worked.
