There's Bloodnet. It's a terrible game but the atmosphere was amazing. If only someone would remake it into something functional.

I didn't really like Gemini Rue. I would recommend to you Resonance, even if it's a slight deviation to science fiction .

gives me the chill and Blade Runner vibes..its really hard to find similar games
i mean (atmosphere,sci fi or cyberpunk, puzzles)

Another vote for Technobabylon. It's not really "similar" to Gemini Rue, but it's a great cyberpunk game. The style isn't as dark and the world looks a bit cleaner (not EVERY public place looks like shit). It's the sort of cyberpunk you'd expect from a world inspired by Gibson's Neuromancer series, if you've read it.
