Grargar: Joy of Painting - "A Walk in the Woods" (Season 1, Episode 1)
If someone picks this up, please let us know how the quality is for this episode. I ask because his season 1 was when he was at WNVC. It was supposed to be lost but was later discovered is very poor quality.

Someone had put together a torrent of his seasons 2+. We got curious and I fired off an email to his company and asked. They replied and told us about the issues. They were very nice about the whole thing.

I just scrolled through Season 1, Episode 1 and Season 29, Episode 1.
Both videos have a resolution of ~640x480 and the quality of Season 1, Episode 1 is indeed a bit worse than the other episode. The picture is a bit blurry and the sound a bit tinny. But it's still decent VHS quality, well watchable IMO.

I also noticed that Bob sure looks young in Season 1. :D

Thank you. I don;t have it handy but I believe much of the first season, there's distortion along either the top or the bottom of every episode.

They may have found better copies.

I have a bit mixed feelings about it. On one hand - Great that these programs are available cheap for any artists or to-be artists and hobbyist picture-manipulators...
On the other hand - Bob Ross videos have been free to watch through twitch.tv for a long time now, although they are not always on. But I'm expecting during this weekend we might get another marathon - back-to-back dozens of Bob Ross videos... And also Wikipedia labels Corel Painter Essentials as 'hobbyist' sort of product, while Corel Painter X is the one that is more professional... Would've been even more cool if CPX was at least available for some discount price here...

Looking at those screenshots, the game is missing a "staring eyes" tag.

It's also weird as it;s only 3 episodes from the entire series.

Almost like a sampler.

I don't believe so - try navigating to the bundle from the main page. I've had the site 404 me a few times linking to things that really do exist in the last few weeks. It comes up for me and I don't see anything about locks, but the page should load regardless.

Is it possible you're visiting their site in a language other than English? The link works for me. Does Bler's trick work?
