By Xbox TOS, you need a CC on file. You can usually get around that by buying from your 360 instead of the web. I keep a prepaid with 50c on file to satisfy their demands.

Found some great deals this week (apart from Imperium Galactica):

Anno 2070 Complete Edition for €7.50 on Uplay.
Obviously not DRM-free, but for that price it's a great deal. It's the lowest I've ever seen this edition be priced at.

Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients on Humble Store, DRM-free. For €.5.60. A slow-paced Empire-building type strategy game.

Shadwen for a crazy €4.24 also at Humble, DRM-free. One of those games I think deserves more attention. The standout feature for me is the crafting you can do of some really cool equipment/tools.

Edit: I just checked in a separate browser without logging in - still showing 3,74 Euro for the Anno 2070 Complete Edition. Price glitch?

Anno 2070 (standard edition): 19,95 Euro -75% = 4,99 Euro
Anno 2070 Complete Edition: 14,95 Euro -75% = 3,74 Euro (!)

the 3,74€ is for the sold out dvd version (which most likely is sold out since ages so they didn't bother to check the discount for that)

There are no words to describe how good that game is. For that price, it might well be the biggest steal in gaming history.
