I'm in the same boat as Getcomposted. I have a ticket open with Humble, but the auto-response indicated that it'll probably be a couple days before they get around to it. The sale must be slamming their support.

Yup, also did that. The only thing I haven't done is clicked on the "Key Resender" button.
I'll edit this when I've done that...

*Goes off to click a few more buttons* :P

[Edit: Nope, Order Resender does notheeng! Notheenk, I tell you! Nada! Zero! Zilcheroonies!
Anyway, Humble just contacted me, and they're assigning me to a roving ninja, so hopefully, my ticket has juddered one more step along. :)]

Also in the same boat, have also sent a support ticket and waiting after the automated reply I got. That was about 24hrs ago.
