Appears to be regionally restricted to Australia in terms of purchasing but the codes aren't regionally restricted. Limited to 1 purchase per account per game. I haven't tested making further accounts to circumvent this but I can confirm that the site and codes are legit. This is the first time I have ever seen regional pricing where Australians get the chance at something cheaper. AU$3 = US$2.62 with the current exchange rage.

Edit: was going to clear up my typo on exchange 'rate' but exchange 'rage' sounds better in my head. Gone are the days(for now) of cheap international purchases where our dollar was stronger than the US one :P
