I did notice that the game is actually cheaper on GG, at least for US customers. It's $9.95 there, as opposed to €19.99/€15.99 on FFG. There are a number of brief reviews on GG as well.

Yeah now u mentioned it, it is cheaper. Mixed bag reviews. Hmmmmmm

Anyone else receive a GreenManGaming email with a discount code for Xcom Enemy Within expansion which drops the price to 26.99??. Is this code generic or unique?

Perhaps it will be one of the offerings in this bundle. If so, easier to allay one's reservations then.
If I buy the bundlestars quickfire bundle for Guardians of Graxia and it pops up here next week; I am going to be well pissed. -__-

404 errors on GMG are generally a sign of a regional restriction.

The current IndieGameStand deal is RKTCR. It's a physics puzzle racer, like Elastomania and Trials HD, but controlled through a jog time editor. The time controls turn what might be a twitch reaction game into a puzzler. Rktcr is a lot of fun, it is definitely one of the best IGS deals I've gotten.

The tutorial, you'll need it.

Probably a generic code, just a more complicated way to bring the price down to the same level other shops have. GamersGate sells it for $26.99 to begin with (and then you get the 5% blue coin kickback etc.)
GamersGate's Daily Deal is:

<span class="bold">Puzzle Quest</span> for 66% off ( €1.70 / £1.70 / $3.40 ).

This game is amazing. If you ever thought you might like Bejeweled, but the casual gameplay alone just doesn't do it for you, get this game. It's still Bejeweled at its core, but you play against AI opponents, it comes with a fantasy setting (a kingdom in need, fantasy creatures to fight against), RPG elements (character building, spells that you can apply on the Bejeweled "battlefield"), strategy elements (conquer cities, upgrade your own palace with useful features), a story-driven campaign, a truckload of quests, and optional special puzzle challenges.

I played this some months ago and I'm still amazed how much the devs made out of the rather simple "Bejeweled" concept. I especially liked how the different character classes and spells allow for completely different strategies in the Bejeweled "battlefield", and I created several different spell combinations for my character to tackle some particularly challenging battles. This game, to me, is an almost perfect blend between casual and "hardcore" gaming. Often this blend is attempted by dumbing down a formerly complex game, and this usually fails. Puzzle Quest does it the other way round: It takes an immensely successful concept from casual gaming and enhances it in so many ways that the end result appeals to hardcore gamers as well.

Sorry for the sales pitch. It's just that I really like this game. :)
