grviper: So, if I get Stronghold on Steam, can I force installation of the HD patch over it and get a DRM-free... thing?
Yes, I´ve done this. Bought the Stronghold classic collection about a year ago and worked like a charm. Downloaded it at gamershell.com. I believe this is a "DRM-free" Steam game. Besides the Firefly say that doesn´t work for the Steam version, for me was fine, and people say the same. Here is the Firefly guide: http://www.fireflyworlds.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=540&Itemid=1. Just be sure to use the latest version. Just install it with the correct directory; you can launch it from Steam directly.
Dafuq? Am I being paid, is that right Arnaldo?

What's the opinion of Valley without Wind 1 & 2 nowadays? I like platforming. I like TBS. Can anyone whose played one or both give some thoughts?

Great music
Flawed as hell.
Ugly as sin.

Still, strangely addictive, both of them. Janky platforming with delightful music and an amazing scope, but they fell short on goodness on the implementation. Both times. Still very worth it at that pricepoint. The first one has no end other than what you impose on yourself and has more complex layouts to navigate, while the second has more straightforward levels, with an overworld that is rather reminiscent of Actraiser, where you have to manage a set of survivors and build structures to survive.

They are both very interesting, even if they are not good for everyone, in my opinion.
Zombie Week at GMG, up to 75% off titles.

GMG Midweek Deal: Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition is 50% off.

GMG 20% off discount voucher valid until April 19th: GMG20-GGN5D-FC3NA

EDIT: Also, Grand Theft Auto sale at GamersGate, all titles 75% off.

Foxhack: Why the hell is Shattered Haven at 75% off already? That game came out A MONTH AGO!

Also, Angelica Weaver: Catch Me When You Can doesn't have a buy button for some reason. Edit: And now it's there.
If you look at the list of GOG games by "best selling", you might get a hint why they would discount the game. I would consider it to be a hard to sell concept. The zombie fed is coming to an end, most people got plenty of "witty" puzzlers from the frequent bundles and there are many many strong games in that price range. I am considering buying this out of sympathy but as I said, I do have to many "witty" puzzlers lying around myself...
Did someone already mention the GTA Midweek sales on GG? everything 75% off?

and Precipice of Darkness 3 is $1 on Steam

and Who Stole My Pants is €2, -60% on Desura

Okay, I really have to ask it. I know I'm not the only one thinking it...

Am I the only one that notices that that is a COMPLETE Humble Weekly Sale ripoff? Right down to the layout and everything. Sheesh. They weren't even subtle about it.

Lol. Indeed. Looks like they're going back to the roots - when IndieGala started out, it looked like a weak imitation of the Humble Bundle to me...
...Apparently, this is in the list of new top sellers on GG

Look at it. Look at the cover art. And the shots!
I think, screenshot 6 actually shows the recommended state for playing it.
"Alcohol and drugs simulation" sounds like a neat feature too.

While it technically _is_ on the top sellers list, it's on position 5000something, and only there because _every_ game is on the top sellers list - you just may have to look really, really hard before you find it there. ;)

Did you perhaps mix it up with the list of new releases? :)

Interesting that IG would have a weekly bundle theme just as Humble decides to take a break from that. Guess they're picking up the slack:D I don't know about it being a ripoff though - you know what they say about imitation being the sincerest form of flattery...
Skyrim 20$, dlc 10$ (heartfire 5$) !
