Too Weird: Interstate 76'. I'm not saying its a weird game, I'm just saying that the technology used to run this game is running too weird. I remember running it at speed, it was a pretty amazing game. Now it seems like the frames are too high and everything is just a bit too fast. I also recall certain effects having more of an impact, like screen shaking.
Too New: Train Fever. I literally cannot run this on my 32-bit installation of Windows 7 because Microsoft is an inflexible toad, despite my actual CPU being 64-bit. Linux can pull off flexible installs, why can't Windows? :B
Too Wonky: The Fortress mode of Dwarf Fortress. I will create worlds, play adventure, and goof in the arena, but I have never tried to strike the earth. If I could practice striking the earth in Arena, I would. Also in Too Wonky, are basically all the rougelikes. I find them charming, but I honestly couldn't play one.
