MISSING: Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Russian
I think I can guess why they excluded Russian in the DRM-free GOG copy of their game.
Not exactly a case of "this is missing" so much as "this is overpriced," but...

Mina the Hollower

Both GOG and Steam sell the soundtrack for Mina the Hollower for $9.99, including when bundled with the game itself, but the developers have made the OST available for free. You can download the soundtrack in its entirety, in a variety of formats, directly from composer Jake Kaufman's Bandcamp page (this is technically a "pay-what-you-want" purchase, but you can just enter zero and download it for free), or listen to the soundtrack in full on Yacht Club Games's YouTube channel.
Hello,

for a small moment it looked as if the developer of Spacebourne 2 was making his promise and promptly after the early access also updates here for gog. But he doesn't do no.

https://steamcommunity.com/app/1646850/allnews/
2.0.6
current GOG version
25.02

https://steamcommunity.com/app/1646850/allnews/
2.0.8
Current Steam version

Every version is extremely important. I personally don’t understand why suddenly after reporting in this thread it was easily and smoothly possible and all of a sudden he lets gog players look like idiots again and lie on the left.

Well, I was right all the time, for the dev of spacebourne 2 not steam-drm players are unimportant.

GOG is not being treated as a second-class citizen here. The composer (not the developers) made his soundtrack available for "name your price" (only free if you're a cheapskate); clearly he kept the copyright in order to be able to do that. He did this with a bunch of games, including Shovel Knight. Which is second-class on GOG due to not having the soundtrack here.
The Zachtronics Solitaire Collection

- GOG latest version: 2023-04-17 - uploaded 2023-04-28
- Steam latest version: 2026-05-31

Missing updates AFAIK:
2024-05-05 - UPDATE: Caching histograms for Cribbage Solitaire
2026-02-05 - UPDATE: Framerate cap when minimized
2026-05-31 - UPDATE: Increasing the maximum win count in Sawayama Solitaire

---

I was interested to buy it, so I asked about the update on GOG to the dev via email.
Substantially I asked for regular updates on GOG.

After some mails, the actual dev position about GOG updates I think is summarized in these sentences in the latest message from him:

"I'm sorry, but I don't know how to help you with this. If you had a specific bug that you needed a fix for I would be happy to do that for you, but I am unable to commit to keeping parity between the Steam and GOG versions of all of our games going forward. That is a large request that I do not have the bandwidth for. I will continue to update the games on GOG when we make large changes or have specific requests for bug fixes from players who own the games and are running into those bugs."

---

I didn't check all the dev's games, but, given this situation, I think I will not buy them and I will not check their versions.

I already own "Spacechem" which seems updated.

---

I'll send the link of this post to the dev, so he'll be able to see eventual reactions (if there will be) and/or rectify something he thinks wrong about what I wrote.

Searched to see if this one was listed, and I do see it is on the list. Missing DLC.
I sent an email to the support team for this game a while back and have not heard anything.

But they're able to commit to keep receiving money from GOG users just fine, eh?
Capitalism 2

Updated to 1.20
(This resolves the "missing update 1.20 since 7 March 2023" issue)

Changelog:

Capitalism 2 Version 1.20 Update

We are pleased to announce the release of Capitalism 2 Version 1.20, featuring new visual improvements that enhance the overall presentation of the game.

Graphics Improvements
• Added new product images, replacing many of the older product visuals.
• Added new character portraits, replacing the older portrait images.

These updates give Capitalism 2 a refreshed look while preserving the classic business strategy gameplay that players know and enjoy.
I'm catching up with the list and it will be updated soon.

SCPM: Current GOG build of Shadows of Doubt does not launch at all unless you do the following steps:

I will keep this game in mind, but so far, it appears that even on Steam it's riddled by game breaking bugs, those that make the game unplayable and prevent progression. I haven't seen this specific launch issue mentioned on Steam, but I've seen others. It sounds to me a generalised lack of mantainance and not a specific disregard for GOG.

TheFinicalGoat: I think I can guess why they excluded Russian in the DRM-free GOG copy of their game.
If your point is about the aggression against Ukraine, that still doesn't explain why Chinese, Spanish and Korean are missing.

But if that was the intention from the developers, then it wouldn't make sense anway. Russian language is still spoken by millions of people outside Russia, across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, both as native language and as a second language, even by people who are not ethnically Russian. Russian language is objectively useful to make a game accessible across a large part of Eurasia without the need of translating the game into dozens of individual languages, especially if the developers do not have the resources. That's something that, objectively, will take many years to change.

If you look at the statistics of the spreadsheet, Russian isn't even the most frequently missing language, so I'd say it's obvious that, sanctions aside, there is not an attempt at boycotting Russian language from GOG. Even S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 have Russian texts, and the boycotting was limited to Russian voice acting.

And at the end of all that, if developers wish to boycott Russian language entirely, they should do so across all platform. Otherwise, it's not a serious commitment and it becomes just second-class treatment.

I would be inclined to not add it then. They gave us a date shortly after the update was released.

Electrician Simulator was updated and should be up to date now.
Not sure if it was mentioned in the past, I haven't seen it on the list:

Falcon

Missing Tandy version with improved colors.

I don't know if it's been mentioned but RoboCop: Rogue City seems to have gotten a mac version added to the Steam release:

As far as I can tell, this one has yet to be mentioned:

RollerCoaster Tycoon® Classic has no MacOS build on GOG, but does so on Steam.
