Winston.N: Grand news imho, plamet lust will come to GoG in the future
avatar
TheGrimLord: Great, then they need to bring over their other game they paused to work on Planet Lust, Dandy Boy.
I mean Planet lust was made specifically to continue fund Dandy Boy adventures, though from screenshiots Ive seen so far Planet Lust has of yet even barely reovered the work cost. so Dandy Boy ever getting finished is wery highly unlikely

I'm aware. Planet Lust is also terrible. Annie (SPG) trashed it and that's something she very rarely does. They've got a lot to fix there.

So Ive heard haven't played it yet tbh, though gonna get it once it hits GoG but honestly it's an shame since DBA held so much potential, and here we are knowing it wont ever be finished.

Oh, nice! I don't expect to absolutely love it, but I always wanted to give this game a try.
Thanks for the heads-up!

Is that game a port/remake/remaster of that one GBA game that has random battles like an RPG, but the battles are actually shoot-em-up sequences?

Correct, it's a remastered port

"The new DX version adds numerous refinements over the original 2005 release, including an improved map, decreased random encounter rate, rebalanced EXP system, enhanced dialogue, additional save points, assorted bug fixes and quality-of-life updates, and more."

It also got a physical GBA release, so the remaster is completly playable on original hardware as well

No idea if the ROM is included in any digital releases though.

Apologies for the somewhat off-topic question, is there a place in the forum where we can talk about updates/patches for games available on GOG that are coming to other PC stores but are also confirmed to be coming to GOG?
868-BACK confirmed for release on 28-05-2026.

"A computer-hacking strategy roguelike game where your mission is to dismantle capitalism one server at a time! Use hacking powers to fight enemies, steal the servers' data, and face increasingly nasty situations before being disconnected (again!) by the richest corporations on earth. Good luck, Hacker! You're going to need it."
Gravelord (Prologue/Offshoot Episode Hordelord available here) from Vaporum developer Fatbot Games confirmed for release on 21-05-2026.

"The retro-inspired boomer shooter, is officially launching into 1.0 on May 21, 2026. PC gamers can now dive into this adrenaline-pumping FPS adventure featuring fast-paced action, hand-crafted levels, and a touch of dark fantasy humor."

Hello Puntolory!

In case you have not found these threads in the meantime, here are a few you might want to look into:

second class citizens thread
The opening post on its first page contains a link to a google document with a detailed list on version or content discrepancies between game versions on GOG and other platforms.

offline installer version discrepancies vs gog galaxy

games that gog has left the offline installers outdated for

Kind regards,

The GOGBear sniffers are back in action, with their clusters now halved... after being affected by AI-driven layoffs, inflation and other common post-apocalyptic events these days. Don't worry though, they're still running at full capacity.

The following titles are on the release horizon:

- Elven Trip
- Revenant Saga
- Spiral
- Forgotlings
- Blackthorn Arena: Reforged
- World War III: Black Gold
