pkk234: Cathedral from Decemberborn Interactive MAY be coming here.

There was a 'Coming Soon' thread here for the game that got deleted like ten minutes ago. Maybe it was a mistake, but the thread linked to a full 'Coming Soon' page.
It seems to me that we can confidently say that Cathedral is scheduled for release here. Steam and GOG logo is at the end of the official trailer: https://youtu.be/h202GwVvwlE

karnak1: Yes, I saw it too. Must have been of GOG's regular mistakes.
It'll probably be online again later today or sometime this week.
Unlikely. The official site says that:
When will Cathedral be released?
Cathedral will be released in October, 2019.
P.S.
By the way, another confirmation that this lack of information about upcoming releases here, which does not allow us to plan game budgets in advance, is the fault and decision of GOG itself. We always know about releases in Steam in advance, and the local staff is simply playing polish spies.

A couple of years ago I'd be pissed that some devs would always put GOG on 2nd or 3rd place concerning launch.

Now I have to thank them for helping me spare some cash and allowing me to give it to those who have no problems in supporting a DRM-free release of their games.

To be honest, they did the same with Lords of Xulima and released it on GOG way after Steam. And that was a kickstarted game where they had promised a drm-free release.

I see that as a sort of "low move". They had plenty of time to prepare a GOG release, since the game has been on early access for some years now.

I may be wrong, of course, and there could be other reasons involved, but I think this is a way to maximize profit through "steam exclusivity". Nevertheless people only keep complaining about EPIC store exclusives.

New company in the catalog: FYQD-Studio for Bright Memory: Episode 1:
Bright Memory is a first-person shooter with melee elements. Players take control of Sheila, who, in addition to using guns and a sword, also has supernatural abilities such as psychokinesis and unleashing energy blasts. All forms of attack can be combined as desired and the game will award letter grades to creative combinations similar to Devil May Cry. Success in combat awards experience points that can be used to augment the character's skills and to unlock more abilities such as stopping time. Additionally, some areas feature puzzles that need to be solved. The early access version of the first episode features about an hour of game play with the developer announcing another two hours of game play by the end of 2019 with more episodes in the following years.

Incomplete game / stolen assets...
Reviews well though... looks like a generic shooter... is there something I'm missing?
Definite wait and see for me I think

omega64: Stolen assets?
Well, that does not sound good.

Is GOG aware of this?

From Wikipedia: ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bright_Memory#Stolen_assets_controversy )
"""Stolen assets controversy

In January 2019, Zeng admitted on a post on Sina Weibo that he has used some enemy models without acquiring a license and modified them for use in the game but did not specify which models or which games they were from. In reaction, Zeng has announced that he will use the money from the game's sale to hire an art designer and reach out to the original rights holders. """

Of course that is from Wikipedia so take it with a grain of salt as it could be incorrect information.

Never Give Up is coming to GOG August 13th:

The dev of Littlewood says a GOG release is in the works:

And API snooping suggests that Death Coming is headed to GOG, so with recent and upcoming titles here like Bright Memory and LUNA: The Shadow Dust, more Chinese developed titles are headed here. I've got my fingers crossed for classic stuff like Softstar's The Legend of Sword and Fairy.

Would be nice if Object Software games would show up for folks.
