Loger13: Regarding AC2, I want to remind you that this game was initially available without a Uplay (but with uplay network), and Uplay was added later (AC2 Release date - 2009., Uplay release date - 2012). So this example does not contradict the concept. Now if we get something like AC:Origins here, then yes, it will mean that I was mistaken.

Mafwek: One of rumored game is Far Cry 3, if I recall correctly, ain't that tied to UPlay since beginning? And this ain't no Quakecon hype; to be perfectly honest, I don't care much for Bethesda or their games. It's just that GOG and companies usually have certain pattern when releasing games.
Yes, you're correct, Far Cry 3, if it appears here, it will mean that Ubisoft is really ready, albeit with much delay, to publish their "store exclusives" here. But so far we do not have this toy. So what I am describing now is about the CURRENT situation. If it changes in the future, and even in such a pleasant way, I will only be happy. But so far the situation is exactly as I described above.

By the way, about Far Cry 3: Although I trust our "diggers" :) But I want to remind everyone that not everything that they dug up, has appeared here. Some games never got. This is not a mistake of the "diggers" (Probably GOG's staff expected that it would appear, but eventually there were insurmountable obstacles), but it should be considered.
I suggest, in case the situation changes and it ceases to be such, as I described, all celebrate it with a small cake :)

The cake is a lie!

(I'm sorry, but someone had to.)

tfishell: I don't see Origin-exclusives being here
The Saboteur was an Origin exclusive

Desmight: The Saboteur was an Origin exclusive
Saboteur was released before Origin was even a thing, so not really.

Yes, but Ubisoft recently made Classic version for consoles without multiplayer and Uplay: http://www.pushsquare.com/reviews/ps4/far_cry_3_classic_edition

So... :)

Desmight: The Saboteur was an Origin exclusive
First, as already noted above, Saboteur was released before Origin.
Secondly (and I think this is important), it was available to purchase in Steam before: https://steamdb.info/app/24880/info/
So this is not a true Origin-exclusive. It became such only after removal from Steam.
So this example does not violate the concept and The Rule (empirical):

The easiest way to understand what I'm talking about: check whether the game is available for purchase and download in Steam. If so, it can theoretically appear here. If not (or it is, but it's just a stub for publisher's luncher), then most likely not.
Saboteur WAS available in Steam. So it can appear here. And, as we can see, it is here.

I'm not sure that the console versions (ans stores) should be considered, but the argument is not bad. After all, we can get here the version without uplay and without multiplayer. So this classic version (in the version for PC) is ideally suited as potential GOG's version.

This is not entirely true. EA only made an AppID for the Saboteur in 2013 and never persued anything with it. There's an entry for Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault with the same date as well: https://steamdb.info/app/24940/history/. Yet both of those were never downloadable or playable via Steam as they released the games on Origin instead.
Moh:P.A. was available only for pre-orders of MoH 2010

The Saboteur - "Release Date: December 7, 2009" Source: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/saboteur/the-saboteur
Origin - "Initial release: June 3, 2011" Source (Official EA press release): https://www.ea.com/news/electronic-arts-launches-origin

I have already written several times that the games released before the launch of the publisher's own store, we can see here. But you probably have not finished reading this part of my posts before.
There is no sense in general to discuss whether The Saboteur was available in Steam or not. It is enough that it was available for purchase and download before Origin. In this case, the same situation as with AC2 and Uplay.

While I'm rather confident that GOG won't let another OpusMagnumgate to happen, that tweet doesn't explicitly confirm a GOG release, only a DRM-free one.

Zachtronics added hashtags of humble and gog. This is a more weighty "unofficial confirmation" than most available in this thread. :)

Nocturne would be awesome. Used to play my uncle's copy. And of course it featured a character that would eventually become Bloodrayne.
