Ixamyakxim: I don't suppose you know the name of a game that I *think* was "unofficially" confirmed for GoG.

I think it's meant to be a sort of "knight / feudal" simulator (but I don't think it's the MMO like one - Feudal maybe?). I'm pretty sure it's going to have a console release as well?

Anyway, it had some pretty grandiose descriptions of realistic swordplay and character evolution, along with open quests. I *wish* I knew the name of this one and it's driving me nuts.

Looks like a high end action / adventure / RPG - pretty sure in 3rd person.

Any help from anyone would be great!
That could be one from the first list “Life is Feudal: Your Own”

THAT'S the MMO one I was thinking of, thanks. I could have sworn there was another (single player, short campaign / story - it MIGHT even have been planned as an "episodic RPG") but maybe I'm just getting something else mixed up with this one. Life if Feudal even mentions the combat.

Maybe the other one is Kingdom Come: Deliverance?

Almost positive this was it, thanks! Any rumblings about this one being on any super secret lists? Though looking at it now I'm pretty sure this one would melt my modestly midrange computer LOL.

I think it would also melt expectations that GOG doesn't have the pull to bring that kind of game here on day-1.
edit: the developer seemed adamant the game would use Steam protection, but that was in their FAQ a while back. With the extremely quiet front on the matter; I'm going to guess a big fat no.

tfishell: According to Google, Quakecon starts on Aug. 4. It'll be cool if the theories - about more Bethesda games turning up during that time - turn out to be true.
I had gotten my hopes up about this idea. Was really hoping to see some more Bethesda games on here by now.

I don't know why but I THOUGHT I saw mention of it coming here. I really don't go anywhere else for gaming news, so maybe I just saw someone mention it on the forum and checked it out - and somewhere along the line just got my wires crossed thinking it was one of the rumored games :(

I'll be very disappointed if nothing big launches here during Quakecon.

You should already be disappointed, because QuakeCon ends on the 7th.

I don't understand. Why is Quakecon so special, and how does Bethesda/Zenimax hosting their own 'con' equal releases here?

Divining in gaming events is just like divining in bones - a long shot.

Humble is having some discounts for Bethesda games because of QuakeCon, and most people thought that it would be a good opportunity to see some discounted releases on GoG too.

I've got plenty to play until Oblivion finally gets here one day, so won't say any more. I especially won't wish a Daedric portal to open up in GoG's back yard!!!

I think the speculation was that because those games (Obliv, New Vegas) were on that list to be released this summer (I think?) people thought Quakecon might be a good weekend to release those games here on gog. Even though it didn't happen, it was actually a very reasonable / logical speculation. It's apparently 'special' enough for them to have a 'Quakecon' sale on Steam.

I've asked Bloober Team (creators of Layers of Fear) about chances of their other game coming to GOG and this was their [url=https://twitter.com/BlooberTeam/status/761827777859481600]reply:

"That's actually a good idea!"

Edit: You can vote for it if you like in Community Wishlist:
