I see very difficult that Fire Emblem ends up somewhere out of Nintendo.

But I see very likely that they are partners with Xseed or other jp company here and today some dlc shows.

I really hope the One Finger Death Punch games are coming here. Should never have been rejected in the first place.
One Finger Death Punch coming here afterall huh?

Hey GOG? I think it's well past time you went and apologized to Degica for the games you ignorantly rejected.

Sad news, likely no OFDP1 on GOG: I talked to David Flook a little, and his official statement is "We are no longer continuing development of OFDP1 as we've long since moved on to a new game engine." But at least we're getting OFDP2.

Why should halted development automatically exclude a release? The first game was completed and released back in 2013, so it should be possible to release it again in 2020, no?

Just dump the old Desura build here. It lops off all the online features (leaderboards, cheevos and such), but they can just lop off a buck from the Steam price and Bob's your uncle! Hell, OFDP1 is so good, I might still consider buying it regardless.

Anyway, thanks for the info! I'll get in touch with them.

sure. you could also try passing this info/suggestion to GOG's business-development -

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=other&product=gog -

and encourage them to discuss the OFDP1 situation with David.

Probably because they can't be "arsed" to make a comback to the old engine. I don't know the situation with GOG toolkit, but considering that it should needs some tampering to accomodate it on the engine, I can somewhat understand the reason for not wanting to do it (since they moved from that one).

Still kinda sad news.
