ShadowWulfe: I read the link after I typed that. But I still hope for the movie. I want something hilariously bad. =(
As I said above, the movie is in the public domain. You can watch it and even download it for free legally from various sites. Internet Archive is a good example.
GOG would certainly make some headlines adding public domain classics and help re-cement their place as helping to preserve classic media, but perhaps they are worried about possible lawsuits, or bandwidth, or lack of interest, or just having to deal with it.

If Metropolis really is public domain, that should come before Manos, imo - http://www.gog.com/wishlist/movies/metropolis_1927_public_domain

As ecstatic as I am to see Ghostlight coming to GOG, I'm...kind of concerned about this release. Though it's not the same game, I heard Generations of War Zero was painfully mediocre as far as Japanese tactical games are concerned. If the original wasn't any better, I'm worried that might have a negative impact on any other potential Ghostlight releases.

I really hope that doesn't happen, because I'd like to see Ghostlight eventually release Way of the Samurai 4 here as well.
Mims is coming to GOG

When I email the Dev Squatting Penguins Team:

"It will be soon avaliable on steam, for now it isn't we are before steam early realese. It will be avaliable for our supporters. and Full release will be avaliable also in DRM free on Gog. ;) Thanks for contact if you have questions just ask"

yeah give us some cute little spores / creatures :P !!

Postal Redux is confirmed for GOG by RWS: https://twitter.com/RWSPOSTAL/status/533821845049319424

Personally I'm more interested in the expansion for Postal 2, but it's good to see RWS keeping attached to GOG even while, I'm sure, Steam brings in far more money.
Darkness Within: In Pursuit of Loath Nolder has been released on Steam a few days ago, courtesy of the publisher Iceberg Interactive.

DW2 is on its way, too.

Is it safe to assume these two will end up on GOG, as well?

I hope so. I'd sure like some more Lovecraftian madness here on GOG.

Ummm.....waw. I must admit, I wasn't expecting that. Personally, I would prefer the Ys games, but it's still a pleasant surprise that XSEED would consider GOG for a game like that.

This is the second time XSEED has surprised me. I was really surprised (and happy) when they released Trails in the Sky here. I wonder if they're intentionally picking unorthodox choices for release here.

Nice, I think Barry will be very happy about Freedom Planet.

I still wish the Ys games would show up on the "New & Coming", though.
