I'd like to see all three of them on GOG, but I'm betting on The Disney Afternoon Collection.

There is also SNK 40th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION, even more likely.

The-Business: New companies in the catalog:

Disney, Nighthawk Interactive: Aladdin and The Lion King remakes, release planned for October 29th

505 ("505 Games" was already in the catalog before)

Digital Eclipse:

Digital Eclipse pioneered accurate video game re-releases way back in 1994, emulating vintage arcade games well before “emulation” was a household word. Over twenty years later we’ve been reborn as a new kind of studio; one dedicated to not only restoring gaming’s heritage, but to preserving it and keeping it alive and available for future generations.

Barry_Woodward: If you look at Digital Eclipse's website, those are their releases on PC.
Yeah, but Capcom has many releases on PC, and we have only two of those (if I am not mistaken) on GOG.

Mafwek: Look dude, don't joke with that one. I am willing to kill for more Capcom titles on GOG.

damn that could be sweet any which way you slice it.
No, Google Translate was correct. The actual moral of the story is: tell Randalator beforehand what exactly CDP.pl is.

Barry_Woodward: ...Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection?
Doesn't feature the best ROMs of the games in it. Instead, (apparently) Capcom only deigned to aim for "arcade perfect" experiences with it and Digital Eclipse has gone silent in regard to updating it since last year. The FGC consensus on that release seems to be "save money, use Fightcade instead" while the casual players seem placated but confused as to why it isn't being updated.

The series deserved more effort than that collection got and (in the extremely unlikely scenario) it's made available here, it's just going to roll out as an overpriced disappointment again.
Digital Eclipse has always been bad, and I'm not sure why people are so willing to forget that. They will. not. change.

In general, we may be in a position where we have a choice: either Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection or nothing (Capcom does not pamper us with its attention here).
And an option, "Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection" looks better than "nothing".

P.S. I'm not sure it makes sense to discuss this: most likely we will get games from Disney than from Capcom.

Fightcade would be the "nothing" in this case and it's definitely the better option compared to the price of the anniversary collection.

In terms of it making sense - I mean, this thread is full of idle speculation at various points of its lifespan. It's hard not to talk about what could be coming here (even if most know deep down only a specific title is ever going to actually appear) when seeing certain developer names pop up in posts.

Nice. I remember seeing this at E3 and I the aesthetics looked really cool and interesting.

The Dungeon Master series might be coming to GOG soon.

Barry_Woodward found a post on GOG's German Twitter account that shows a picture of the Dungeon Master manual.

Felix The Reaper - A Romantic Comedy Game About The Life of Death

This is a 3D shadow manipulation puzzle adventure about making people die. Felix moves in the shadows. From here he manipulates the events in human lifes. He does so according to the Plans of Death issued by The Ministry of Death. All this because he thinks it will bring him to meet Betty The Maiden, with whom he has fallen in love.

Since Felix only moves in the shadows, he needs to manipulate the shadows to get around. Luckily reapers like Felix are able to turn the sun and move shadowing objects around. This enables him to create the necessary shadow paths to get around. He does so to solve the adventure plots, that makes people die according to the ministerial plans.

New company in the catalog: Twirlbound for Pine (release October 10th for $25):

Pine is an open world action adventure simulation game. Set in the beautiful world of Albamare, you take on the role of Hue, a smart young adult who will have to explore, trade and fight his way through a stirring ecology filled with creatures much smarter than humans.

History

After the release of With the Wind, it was time for something more ambitious. Founders Marc and Matthijs were playing around with the idea of adapting AI and how this could work in a highly entertaining action adventure game, rather than a fighting game or simulation game. This was the birth of Pine - an adventure game with a smart simulated ecology that adapts to the player's actions and inactions.

Features

A seamless open world to explore, filled to the brim with secrets, puzzles and collectibles
A smart simulated ecology of species who fight each other over food and territory
A diverse cast of species to befriend or hinder through trading, talking, questing and fighting
An engaging, physical combat system that feels different in every fight
A sweeping story of a human tribe at the bottom of the food chain, struggling for survival

New person in the catalog: Matt Dabrowski, might be for Streets of Rogue:
Streets of Rogue is a rogue-lite about player choice, freedom, and anarchic fun. The game takes inspiration from fast-paced top-down rogue-lites like Binding of Isaac and Nuclear Throne, and adds free-form, experimentation-driven, emergent gameplay elements of RPGs like Deus Ex. Rather than taking place in a dungeon, the game is set in a functioning, procedurally generated city, where complex AI informs denizens from all walks of life, who are just trying to get by in their daily activities. In order to progress, the player will need to accomplish specific mission goals in any way they see fit through use of their special character traits, items, and the environment. Will you play as a soldier who shoots first and asks questions later? A stealthy doctor who uses chloroform and tranquilizer darts to silently take down the opposition? A genial bartender who can talk his way past the most intimidating of guards? Or how about a hyper-intelligent gorilla, rescuing other caged gorillas to form a small mobilized gorilla army?

Features:
Play the game YOUR way! Don't want to kill anybody? That's cool! Want to hack computers? Got ya covered!
Random world generation and TOTALLY EXTREME gameplay variety means you can play for 600 hours and not get bored! Seriously though, go outside!!!
Super-advanced artificial intelligence that won't put up with your crap! Outsmart these virtual humans and feel superior to your computer!
Play as over 20 (and growing!) wildly different types of characters! Bartender, scientist, hacker, gorilla — hey, your job is probably in there too!
Stupidly huge variety of items! Shrink rays, hypnotizing devices, boomboxes, bear traps, food processors.. Oh, and guns too.
4-Player online and local cooperative modes lets you brutalize goons AND loneliness!
Lead a gang, free slaves, drink beer, gib ghosts, become a vampire, shrink people and stomp on them. The most insanely varied game ever made.
