Oh boy, this would be fantastic. As I mentioned earlier, this is my new favorite thread. Thanks to all "researchers" for their contributions 8)

I mean, not too far-fetched since Horizon Zero Dawn (another PS4-exclusive) did show up here as well.

The video accompanying the article has changed the description for the GOG release of Days Gone from May 18th to "a later date". I expect ~4 months as was the case with Horizon Zero Dawn.

Simultaneous DRM-free release is too much I guess... but at least it's coming, and hopefully we'll get more PS ports in the future.

That's fine by me. The fact we're getting Sony-published games at all still boggles my mind.
If it's not going to have Denuvo I don't know why they'd specifically delay a GOG release. What, they think Steamworks or something is going to offer protection? LOL. Kind of stupid if you ask me.

I'd buy it day one if it comes, but I'm totally fine with a potential delay. I got too much on my plate as is, and even more coming to GOG.

Saints Row: The Third Remaster (should be coming next week to GOG since Epic exclusivity is ending on May 22)
Biomutant (May 25)
Solasta: Crown of the Magister (leaving Early Access May 27)
Edge of Eternity (June 9th)

All day one buys, and I'm sure I'm missing a few titles. Plus there'll be the Summer sale coming at the end of May or Early June (May 31 possibly).

My guess is that the delayed release is not due to copy protection but due to some technical reason.

But I guess to actually get Sony's Spider-Man would be too much to ask ^^

According to rumours floating around, that one is coming too. We'll have to wait and see.

*Heroes of Might & Magic music plays in the background*

While visiting a wandering sorceress, you gaze into her crystal ball and see the following games coming to GOG, with surprising clarity:

- Wages of War
- Elasto Mania II
- Space Empires Complete Pack

You try to gaze again but the ball remains opaque. The sorceress hides it under a cloth and says you may try again next week, spirits willing.

WinterSnowfall: - Space Empires Complete Pack
If space Empires comes to GOG I wish that the same publisher "Strategy First" could also Bring Flatout Ultimate Carnage too.
I think it's safe to assume Sabre Team and Shadoworlds from Ziggurat are coming soon.

Sounds more likely. In any case given that they're both Guerrilla / Playstation Mobile, I could still see Days Gone coming like HZD.

As an aside I wonder why GOG still hasn't been able to get Psygnosis games.
