So some of those games could be released here? The highest bet are probably those SW games, but how do you see stuff like Company of Heroes?

Huh. Borderlands on GOG?

And SimCity 4 for Mac.
That would be odd. Without consent of the original developer/publisher, they can't bring anything anywhere – and Mac exclusive releases on GOG would be strikingly strange as well.

We'll see how this plays out, but I doubt that this little tidbit brings Borderlands or Infinite to GOG.
Just let me buy Prey. :l

The most realistic option would be a retail copy, because the game hasn't been on Steam ever since Bethesda bought the rights to the game; "only" 5 years.

I thought the retail version had DRM tied to it?
Securom for example.
I think people should, once and for all, stop saying "that we'll never see game X or Y here on GOG".
I suspect only 15% of people on these boards ever imagined it would be possible to see Lucasarts games here. Yet here they are.

Patience is a virtue.

6 of them are, for now, and theoretically 14 more will follow. So only a small part. And then we'll see if there'll be more lucas or not.

indeed it is ;)

Yes, it does use a SecuROM as a disc check. In addition, the game's serial can also be used to activate the game on Steam.
Prey looked like an interesting FPS game. But is there a real possibility that GOG could get it?
