Ideally, exact date; if not, at least what month.
Isthereanydeal shows a GoG price on January 19th but no GoG price on February 4th when it was added to a sale on Fanatical.
I removed it from my spreadsheet on January 31 when I was updating the "Best Prior Deals" list with new deals that had expired. I'll sometimes do a games count check but not always. So, some time between January 19 and January 31. Definitely gone midday January 31 and still there according to Isthereanydeal the morning of January 19.

I'm assuming it was related to the Tyranids DLC release January 15 which was not included in the "Deluxe Edition".

If one checks Isthereanydeal's historical records for GOG only, it appears that the last actual record is from January 16, which fits your Tyranids theory.

Thank you for teaching me about this tool for finding approximate removal dates.

You do not, as there is no archive :-( An oversight by the web developers that should have been fixed within days. If you, unlike me, do not check this website daily, please file a bug report. Sometimes news posts disappear under less than 48 hours, which is preposterous.

Frankly I wonder if it's only a matter of time before Epic games slowly get removed and put on that other store.

Yes; Minecraft: Story Mode was removed (three games in total). It was announced a few days ago in this well-hidden thread.
