lordborak: I just bought Pillars of Eternity and you have taken my Money from my credit card. But I cant get the game.

Solve this quickly
Are you sure you bought Pillars of Eternity and not Pillars of Eternity: The White March expansion, that requires the base game? If you bought the DLC without owning the game, it could explain why you don't see the item on the download list.

You can verify it by going to Account -> Orders & settings.

lordborak: Indeed. I ment typing Pillar of Eternity: White March. Guess was in a hurry when typing. And ofc I got the orignal Pillars of Eternity
Unfortunately you need to have the base Pillars of Eternity game on your GOG account in order to download and play our release of White March. You should not have been able to make such a purchase, but there was a glitch in the system that made this possible. I sincerely apologize about this, and will issue a refund for your purchase shortly.
Unfortunately it's not possible to issue a refund for such a newly-made payment, so I have made a reminder for myself to check its status tomorrow afternoon, at which point it should be refundable. I hope this is OK.
