Solve this quickly

Destro: Are you sure you bought Pillars of Eternity and not Pillars of Eternity: The White March expansion, that requires the base game? If you bought the DLC without owning the game, it could explain why you don't see the item on the download list.

You can verify it by going to Account -> Orders & settings.
Indeed. I ment typing Pillar of Eternity: White March. Guess was in a hurry when typing. And ofc I got the orignal Pillars of Eternity

Have you checked the game's page? For me it shows there at the DLC section.

As Blotunga pointed out, assuming you bought the base game on GOG, the expansion is listed under the base game page in the DLC section.

Unfortunately you need to have the base Pillars of Eternity game on your GOG account in order to download and play our release of White March. You should not have been able to make such a purchase, but there was a glitch in the system that made this possible. I sincerely apologize about this, and will issue a refund for your purchase shortly.
Unfortunately it's not possible to issue a refund for such a newly-made payment, so I have made a reminder for myself to check its status tomorrow afternoon, at which point it should be refundable. I hope this is OK.
Why even buy a DLC here, without owning the main game? O_o

Actually, it's not as strange as one might think, really. The problem is that there are different versions of the same thing for different stores. Very few businesses work like that. Usually a product is the same on every store. Why couldn't you buy an extra for a product you bought on one store in another store? Almost everything is designed to be compatible these days, right?
So for regulars like us this may seem obvious, but for occasional buyers who knows?

Oh I see. Dont say anything that it requires your specific version of the game. Guess its was a good bugg test :-)
And thanks for finding out the reason, and ofc it will be OK
