did you receive a mail confirmation? Recheck it again, or try installing our game via gog galaxy if you want to play asap. Otherwise send a ticket to the support team or recheck your library again by signing out and in again.

Oh yeah I have the mail confirmation, and I have the withdrawel from my credit card.
I am using the gog galaxy but it wont show up their either unfortunatly.

I have logged out and back in again. Both on the website and the app.

There is a ticked done aswell.
Just me that dont have patient to wait for something I have paid for :-)

yeah I hope they do get back Quick, dont want to resolve it by crawling back to steam for it
Did you buy it as a game for your account, or as a gift (in which case you have to redeem the code that was mailed to you?

I know, sounds ridiculous, but I made the mistake myself once, so I'm just checking ;)

Good idea, but I bought it as a game for my account.
I don't know how it works with galaxy, but in the website many times it's confusing because it gets added to the original game as a dlc, and not marked as updated (at least to me as a backer with the weird ghost kickstarter edition).

Yeah I check out that as well.
Funny thing when I go and check it says that the game is owned.
But still cant get it.

I dont really know what s going on either.

But I will give them Another hour , then I will ask for a refund and get it at steam or something ( really wish I didnt needed to, but my game time is precious due to not having much time for it.)

That would be a shame, but I sympathise.

I have an idea that might be worth trying. Since GOG claims that you own the game and the problem is just accessing it, maybe a direct link to the installer will work for you. Try clicking on the link for the version of the game you own:
Champion Edition
Hero Edition
Royal Edition

I got the links from MaGog (thanks, mrkgnao). Maybe someone who owns the game could provide you with Galaxy URLs as an alternative to the installer URLs.

Are you sure you bought Pillars of Eternity and not Pillars of Eternity: The White March expansion, that requires the base game? If you bought the DLC without owning the game, it could explain why you don't see the item on the download list.

You can verify it by going to Account -> Orders & settings.
