I'm just curious, what type of games you say 'Not my cup of tea.' ?
I never liked:
1. Trivia games (ex: Trivia Machine)
2. Racing (ex: Colin McRae Rally)
3. Music games (ex: Frets on Fire)
4. Pinball games (ex: Balls of Steel)
5. Rail shooter (ex: The House of The Dead)
RTS and Sports.
Barbie ^^
I'm not overly fond of:

Click on it to Kill it games (Diablo, Torchlight)
No Combat Survival Horror (Amnesia, Slender)
Just Flight Simulators (Flight sims that have no combat, missions, goals or purpose, just flying)
Dating Sims (To be fair I have never actually played one so I can't say for sure, but I'm fairly certain I'd hate one if I played)

Cavenagh: Barbie ^^
Who doesn't like dress-up games ? I love it.
FPS games. Well, anything with a FP perspective. I can't stand that perspective in games.
Is all-that-amateurish-garbage-that-is-greenlighted-on-Steam-and-can't-even-deserve-to-be-called-games a genre?
Platformers and tower defense games are not my cup of tea.

People still buy that ? o,O
If you want to become a pilot in real life, okay, I understand why you would need something similar (no one would allow you to command an airplane without training).
Good thing I'm not the only one that thinks it's boring as hell.

Not only do they buy these games, they setup their computer desk to look like a cockpit. One guy I know uses 5 widescreen monitors and has a control panel of switches and knobs that looks like it's from an actual aircraft. The whole setup cost him a few thousand dollars, but he justifies it as being cheaper than an actual plane.

Are you suggesting that I take it too seriously? :P

Lately I never play simulations, but that's because I'm stalling on buying a new joystick (with a single mouse-flight exception).
