Hello everyone,

i got some problem with the game craft the world. I just finished level 1 und startet with the second. I quit the game yesterday und today my game save is lost.
But that's not the real problem. Every time I quit the game, I get a black screen und my pc freezes.
When I try to switch to window mode, it freeze again. The send Feedback function does the same.
I think, every time the game want's to open another window or option, the black screen comes up, the music still plays and everything freezes, so I need to restart my computer.

What have I done:

I deactivated the cloud syncro --> don't work
Start with 640x480 resolution --> don't work

Does anyone else have this Problem or could help me?

Going by that sentence, I assume you play the game via Galaxy?

Have you tried playing via the standalone installers?
(those can be found under "Download Offline Backup Game Installers" in your account)

Maybe that fixes your problems.

Thanks for the help. After I posted my request, i uninstall the game und install it with the Offline Installer.
It Works fine, untill I'm reached Level 4.

I played a lot of hours, but now it crashes again and shows me a crashdump.
After I read a few posts, my dwarfs could be the problem. So I canceld all actions, but I still get the dump. :(
The game crashes, after I do one of this things:
- build a new object
- open the inventory
- open the techtree

I made an screenshot of the dump. But the numbers changes everytime.

Do you know, where it comes from? Or even, how I can fix it?
It's a bit annoying, because I really love the game and it makes a lot of fun.

Just a few questions, as I have clocked up around 400 hours (over the past year) in the single player game, and am currently ~150 hours in to level 4 of the latest update (1.5.003), but have been running it on Ubuntu Mate (Linux) via WINE. And apart from a few glitches and a crash or two during a couple of days after applying the latest update when it was released. I have not had any problems when playing it.

Do you have any of the DLCs installed ?.

Right, so you are on a similar level as me. Except I'm much further into level 4, and am running the Windows version of the game on Linux (via WINE).

Just another quick couple of questions.

What graphic card do you have in your computer (Nvidia/AMD/Intel) ?. And could you try updating or try different drivers for your card to see if that helps ?.
I got a ATI Radeon 4800 HD card and the drivers are latest i could find.
But it doesn't work.

thank you, I opend a ticket for my problem. Hope you can solve it. I really want to explore the caves :)
