It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

as I download games, if I have been on a long time it contiually refreshes the Galaxy Browser and interrupts both game installs and downloading speed. it greys out, the display of games and browser art is gone and comes back, only ot have the "Game unable to install" and the install button greyed out, thus I have to remove it manually with revo and it is a mess, let me tell you! This behavior has always happend but since the last "update" it has happened more often, not less. also in addtion ot the Galaxy Browser updates, games will periodically update at random but display no fixes nor even that it was updated, in fact, the same version of "Dying Light" was still there after the so-called "update", and no display info of the January fix only up through September of 2016. also, games that I am trying to download get intrrupted by the stupid refresh and whatever page I am on, goes back to page one, of my library and this is after the greying out, stalling and refreshing of galaxy's browser for whatever reason. PLEASE REMOVE THE AUTOMATIC REFRESH!!! give us control over it or take it out completely and DO NOT REFRESH THE GALAXY SCREEN FOR US!!!

Where can I find Galaxy logs on my computer?
On Windows 7 or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Mac OS X: /Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs
Just curious: do you have a low-speed connection like a bunch of the rest of us do?

One suggestion I've heard, though it isn't a Galaxy solution:

- use the Downloader or browser to get the game installers. I suspect with Galaxy you're downloading the same initial chunks of data, so I don't think Galaxy is saving you much - if any - time here.
- use Galaxy for updates, since there are a number of games where Galaxy gets a tiny update while the other methods require a download of a completely new full-size installer.

Good luck.

trade? you wouldn't like the installation guy. he had a time with my wiring and I had several problems in my yard gettign this thing upgraded. LOL

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling GOG and removing the storage folder and importing my games, but it takes forever to import even one. it is at this moment updating a game, Alone in the Dark remake, and has been stuck for the last hour on the "getting the file" message.
not to mention disk drive D, (D:\GoG Games\) has been spinning like a chicken with it's head cut off for this hour at 0.0MB/0.0MB/s download speed on Gog galaxy.
