am queing up several games. had already downloaded some and I rebooted and now I am gong to get the rest but it just sits there and does nothjing. the games are in the list but no activity, no downloads and nothing for the past half hour. it worked fine until today.

So you had game in the queue then restarted and tried to resume them? Did you try cancelling all the downloads and restarting them?
I like to imagine that "queing" = saying "¿Qué?" a lot.

yes but that is time consuming. and it happens alot. I have to occasionally reboot the PC to avoid GOG galaxy crashes which are frequent despite all the "fixes"
this seems to be related to my nVidia drivers power settings being too low for my low end Dell and nVidia card they were set to "adaptive" I now only download with "Prefer Maximum" and it seemed to retrieve and refresh better. also disalbed Malwarebytes Premium auto settings. and Turned off MSSE "auto schedule scan and unchecked "Send reports to microsoft".
