As of the last I heard, she came off the ventilator today! Also, her kidneys are rehydrated, so maybe they are ok now.

My aunt can't get her lung capacity test up above 500ish (my dad's doctor wanted him at 2000 and call 1000 "puny"), and her blood oxygen fell from the upper 90s to 80 when she stood up. She is still very sick.

yeah, me again...

Despite my earlier optimistic reports, my aunt is no better--and maybe worse--than 24 hours ago.

My dad said tonight it almost seems like my aunt has given up trying, and is incredibly weak. Please pray for her lungs, for her to have a will to keep on fighting for life, to not be discouraged or give up, and for her to have strength. They have to move her out of ICU. I think that tomorrow is marks 3 weeks that she's been in the hospital.

I don't want her to die (obviously). She needs to accept that she needs some form of lung rehab, and they will be doing a test to find out why her oxygen drops so low whenever she moves. (she tried to stand and her oxygen went from upper 90s to low 80s very rapidly.)
Please pray for the doctors to have wisdom to know what to do and for her to not die.

I'll renew my efforts for her to pull through, and start getting better.

That's a relief!
Whatever happens next I suggest you to spend a bit more time with your aunt. That's what I deeply regret sometimes when I think about those who are no longer around me.
