Console? Maybe. Pc? No because you used the key to be able to play. Trade-in? Yes but expect a small amount (console only)

that heavily depends on you "arguments", if you use these , [url=http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/die-hard-scenario/images/2/2e/20091011033847!Rpg-7-1-.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130914195635]2 and 3 then you'll get refunded and much more.

It should be returned based on how unbelievably buggy the game is. It's deeply disturbing that Bethesda pushed out a game so incredibly broken.

But you know...they're swimming in money so what do they care?

From what I've gathered, there seem to be a lot of what you could call "port issues." Ya know, rendering screwing up for no good reason and stuff like that.
